Dunkin' Donuts has these wake up wraps that are great. Customer service is awesome , the store is very clean has great young staff that trya to keep us on rockaway blvd and America running 🏃🏽‍♀️

They are stingy with the cold foam, I usually ignore it but today I had to ask them to give me more because every time I go here they keep giving me a really little bit and I’m paying for it. This is the third time they also gave me a whipped cream top with cold foam instead of the cold foam top. In my experience they don’t mix my drink well and all of the ingredients are at the bottom still when they give it to me. It’s lazy service sometimes

Honestly I love this one guy that works there he has long hair and he’s tall and super sweet I came in today around 4:36 and I bought donuts and he had the sweetest energy and he made my box of sweets look so pretty and neat I loved it he really made my day after I had a terrible day so thank you to that man that’s working this shift Thursday at around 4:30 ❤️ Dunkin needs more workers like that. I wish I caught his name to give him the credit properly. I GOT HIS NAME IT WAS HALAM (I think) Dunkin give that man a raise rn5 months laterDunkin you really employed really nice people I just had a conversation with this guy fahmed idk if that’s how you spell it but we just spoke about anime and he seems to really like his job he’s super sweet give him a raise too he deserves it

I just ordered an Ice Caramel Coffee which was prepared wrong, the coffee taste like it needed to be changed it was very bitter. My sandwich Bacon and Cheese on a toasted croissant was toasted hard and I refuse to eat it.I won't order from this Dunkin again.

I have mixed feelings about this location. Yeah it's Dunkin Donuts and it's gonna be mid but despite the lukewarm breakfast I had, it's still slightly better than the one a mile West from this spot.The service for starters is better for sure. When I order on the app, my order is already ready by the time I get there. 5 minutes is all that's needed for them to get it done as opposed to the one in South Ozone Park in which some instances don't even get my order started until I get there.This is where the review declines from a possible 4 to a 3. The green goddess wrap I ordered wasn't fully heated. It was hot on 75% of it while the other 25% was cold, almost freezing that I couldn't finish. Bummer, you guys missed the mark. I get it it's Dunkin Donuts, a typical chain coffee spot but you could've done better and I know you can. Today just wasn't it.
