I ordered less ice and they just poured out the top half of my drink, which was full of my coffee. They added a little bit of coffee on top, and I watched the entire preparation process. So my large cup of coffee now only has caramel and milk left, and I asked for three pumps of syrup. They gave me five pumps, which is now very sweet, really? So just caramel milk, never go here again and They didn't even replace the lid for me, and the environment was extremely dirty.

The workers here are racist and doesn’t treat their customers well when we are spending money. It’s sad that I can’t enjoy Dunkin like I used to. My order wasn't cooked after having to wait 10 mins for a wrap that was giving to a customer that ordered after me.

My sister and I came to this store many years ago and both of us ordered a raisin bagel with cream cheese and hot chocolate. The food was good and the service was wonderful. The atmosphere was busy because many people waiting to order and people making the things that they ordered.

Order a raspberry watermelon drink Extremely sweet had to toss it out !Then I order a bagel TOASTED with creamcheese and these is what I got it was excessive creamcheese a joke like they want you to catch diabetes or something smh and bread wasn’t toasted at all ! They don’t care about the customers by the way they make the food they just want you to eat all the creamcheese and get sick smh never again !Just noticed the dark thing on the bagel wonder what it can be smh

They serve you in a very disinterested manner. Everything seems always dirt, donuts are always squashed and damaged, and there are always errors with online orders, there were just 3 people and they failedin 3 of our orders. Terrible place with those 2 ladies.
