The most compelling reason is the restaurant's reputation for consistency and their specialty dishes. While the full menu offers a standard array of Chinese-American classics—from Chop Suey and Lo Mein to a variety of Beef and Chicken dishes—the enthusiastic customer reviews single out particular items as must-tries. Specifically, the Chicken Wings and Tostones (fried plantains) are often highlighted as exceptional, distinguishing Foo Hing Kitchen from a typical Chinese takeout spot by perfectly executing some of these highly localized favorites. November 12 · MidaliaI've been coming here since a little kid. They are pretty pricey now, but that's the case almost anywhere. If you found what you like here, stick with it since the flavors are pretty consistent every time you order. I LOVE their chicken wings and tostones. I wouldn't order stuff like sesame chicken and general tso's though, those are pretty mediocre/bad here
