We skillfully warm-ferment Genesee Cream Ale with our own signature top-fermenting yeast. During the aging process, every batch of Cream Ale is krausened to achieve an uncommonly smooth character. Brewed like an American IPA but with the addition of rich, dark malts, this beer has all the flavor and hop character you expect with a smooth, mellow finish.

Deep golden color. Citrus and piney hop aromas. Assertive malt backbone supporting the overwhelming bitterness. Dry hopped in the fermenter with four types of hops giving an explosive hop aroma.

Boont Amber Ale is a medium bodied pale ale with a beatiful copper color, a robust head, and the rich flavor of caramel malt. This very smooth and exceptionally drinkable beer is excellent with steaks, chicken, pasta, and other flavorful meals. As with all of our products, Boont Amber Ale is never sterile filtered nor heat pasteurized, and should be stored in refrigeration. However, to fully enjoy its rich and complex flavor, it should be served between 40° and 45°F

Hop Ottin' IPA is as hoppy as they come. The name means "hard working hops," in Boontling, and that tells it all. Generous additions of high-alpha Pacific Northwest hops added during a vigorous boil, plus traditional dry hopping, with whole hop cones, give this ale a delicious citrus aroma, and an intense hoppy bite. This stout beer pays tribute to the Butternuts Brewery's former life as a dairy farm. It's a more drinkable version of the Stout breed than its heavy, boorish and smelly European sisters. We use lactose sugar for body and mouthfeel; not too strong, not too viscous at 4.9% abv. Unlike a true bovine it has a malty, roasty aroma and a dry finish but no tail or teats, and leaves no unsightly cow pies laying around the yard for you to step in.

Our India Pale Ale packs typical IPA balls but strikes a better balance between dryness and drinkability. It's every bit as rich but a little less bitter than other American interpretations of the breed, and here's why. We are smarter, better looking brew masters. It also doesn't hurt that we use 2 row barley with no goofy processing. And then we employ a 2 week dry hop process before we put it in the can, with love for you, our beer loving friends. There is no fish or fish flavor in Snapperhead. We chose this cartoon figure to represent the brand in a somewhat random marketing process we call 'non-sensical ideation'.

IPA but smooth and easy to drink. It is named after the famous lighthouse that has stood on a bluff on the south eastern side of Nantucket Island since 1849. Perched precariously 88 feet above the raging Atlantic Ocean, Sankaty Head Light is in danger of falling prey to beach erosion. The lighthouse is the most powerful in New England.

An amber English-style ale that has a nice balance between hops and malt. It's the most popular of our beers and the most versatile in terms of pairing with food or people.

The 8.0 per cent abv, bottle conditioned beer is brewed from British, Czech and Danish malts with Syrian hops and an English yeast strain. All the ingredients are transported along precarious roads to the brewery located 3,500 feet above sea level.

Cask version was first brewed in 1979 by Morland Brewery to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the MG car factory in Abingdon. Gordon is a dry-hopped, bottle-conditioned Imperial India Pale Ale (IPA) brewed with massive amounts of American hops. A hit with lovers of gonzo beer, Gordon features 90 IBUs and 9.2% alcohol by volume.

Emphasizing that complexity of character can arise from simple elements, this ale is made with 3 malts and 1 hop. Its light amber color and slightly spicy malt character are derived from the use of German Dark Munich Malt and Rye Malt respectively. North American 2-row barley combines with the other grains to lay the foundation for the hop onslaught to come. Summit hops are used exclusively in the boil for bitterness, flavor and aroma but it doesn't end there. Post-fermentation dry hopping allows the 10% ABV monstrosity to gently coax the citrus rind and grapefruit aroma to join the 100 IBUs already present. This beer will greet you with a pungent citrus blast, provide a spicy yet round middle and finish with a brisk, clean bitterness

Our first lager produced with the 20 bbl brewhouse. This pilsner is a clear golden color. Four additions of Saaz hops lend a spicy-floral hop component.

Old Chub is a Scottish style ale brewed with copious amounts of crystal and chocolate malts, and a dash of beechwood-smoked malts. While Dale's Pale Ale ("the best-tasting canned beer I've ever had," according to many brewers and beer experts) is a showcase of both hops and pale malts, Old Chub is a celebration of malts. The cola-colored beer features a dense, tawny head, a creamy mouthful and flavors of caramel, chocolate and lightly roasted malt. Complex and rich, it finishes with a whisper of smokiness that calls to mind a fine single malt scotch.

It's the beer equivalent of decadently rich milkshake made with malted-milk balls and Heaven's best chocolate ice cream. Ten FIDY is about 10% ABV and is made with enormous amounts of two-row malts, chocolate malts, roasted barley, flaked oats and hops. Its huge-but-comforting flavors hide a whopping 98 IBUs that are deftly tucked underneath the beer's mountains of malty goodness.

The Bengali Tiger entices you with an aroma of citrus, pine and spice and unleashes a wave of bitterness upfront. Yet it strides forward at a steady pace, smooth as a tiger's gait, and finishes balanced.

As flaccid dark beers limp their way across the finish line, the Sixpoint Diesel powers itself to victory with extra horsepower. Should you expect anything less from "stout" beer? The Diesel is our version of stout, and with a name like "stout" we needed something with character…something with substance. Beer is to Belgium as wine is to France. From this 'land of beer' comes Stella Artois, the most acclaimed of Belgian beers. Stella is Latin for star – a symbol of outstanding quality and taste that's been perfected by the Artois master brewers since 1366.

An export strength beer brewed specifically for countries outside the UK. It has the same smooth and creamy characteristics as Tetley's Smoothflow and incorporates a full drinking flavour. It is well balanced with a complex range of malty and hoppy notes, enhanced by a fruity aroma. Like Tetley's Smoothflow, it is served at 8°C to give extra refreshment.

This ale features a blend of whole licorice root and star anise to create an uncommon addition to that traditional export Porter's hearty character.

Our Golden State Ale is a Belgian-style golden ale, brewed in homage to our home state with toasted poppy seeds. It's our quaffable summer beer, light on the palate with a crisp poppy zing to finish.

This is a Belgian-style double brewed with a traditional coriander, and an uncommon addition of kaffir lime and lemongrass. An amber body, rich, flavorful, absolutely delicious, and entirely too drinkable for a beer that's 8.5% ABV.

Authentic Belgian Wheat Ale

Touted as a "taste of magic," Aooni ("blue demon" in Japanese) was named after the famous mythical beings of Japanese folklore. A classic IPA with a light copper body. Well balanced, malty, with slightly fruity aromas and fine piney hop bitterness at the front.

A robust porter, well balanced between the malt and the hops. The complex chocolate and roast flavours of dark specialty malts are combined with a floral and slightly spiciness from Perle hops.

Yona Yona is an American Pale Ale. The malts and yeast offer loads of sweet fruit aromas along with a burnt sugar & toffee tone. Hops are subdued, but present. Complex yet mild flavor with toffee and an ever present grape fruity hop presence. Finish is clean, dry, with lingering hop bitterness.

Chocolate malt and real dark chocolate are combined with Young's award winning rich, full flavoured dark beer to craft a satisfyingly indulgent, but never overly sweet experience.
