Everything we ate was exceptional! The service was amazing! Marcos/Marcus was so sweet and diligent for anything we needed. Especially when topping off our bottomless mimosas! Absolutely love! Definitely plan on coming back on our next NYC trip!

We had such a wonderful brunch at Glass Ceiling! The rooftop atmosphere was beautiful and made the whole experience extra special. Marcos and Lindsey were absolutely amazing – so attentive, kind, and genuinely made us feel welcome from start to finish. Their service really stood out and made our brunch feel memorable. The food was great, but the service was disappointing. We waited at least 15 minutes before anyone took our order and had to ask for basic things like napkins, a knife, and a fork. Our food even came before our drinks. We were seated outside, and when it started pouring, no one checked on us — I don’t even think they remembered we were out there. When I asked the host if we could move to a couch area, she said, “You can sit there for now,” which made us feel very unwelcome, especially since our original table was no longer usable. At one point, the host came over asking how we were doing, but it felt like she was really checking to see if we were leaving — even though we were still having drinks and waiting for dessert. I also saw a staff member arguing with the bartender, which came across as very unprofessional. Overall, the staff was inattentive and the service poor.
