August 28 · Jackie CharlesA lot of food. If you don' t like spicy food don't get any meat or fish. You can get legume. That's why I gave 4 stars. If you love spicy food the best 🤤. They serve breakfast and the "mais" is delicious.
December 24 · Carmelle Suzeline CharlesThe food was burned. I just opened the container the smell hit me. It's so unfair. They knew it was burned. The taste OMG!! Why? Spend my money on this!!!!
May 26 · Elisabeth JasméThe service is warm & friendly. It's a traditional West Indian mom & pop restaurant, nothing super fancy but you can smell all the wonderful spices when you come through the door. The portions are large and seasoned well, but my food was incredibly salty. It tasted like hypertension with a side of stroke. I had steamed fish and my partner had griot. He was pleased with his meal but agreed that mine was too salty and he's heavy handed with the salt shaker in my opinion. I can't recommend this restaurant based on my experience, but if they were to cut back on the salt significantly I'd give them a second chance. On the plus side, the rice was delicious. It was firm, single grains and not clumpy and mushy. I didn't even bite into any cloves! Maybe they used clove powder. The plantain was fried perfectly. The restaurant was clean. You can decide for yourself.
April 10 · Gail M. RodneyI’ve been to this restaurant to pick up food about three times. I must say their food is OK, but for some reason, they are so rude to their customers. Definitely not going there anymore I will search for a friendlier place somewhere where they know how to treat their customers with respect! 🤷♀️
