★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1So we came here one day about a month ago and a young guy immediately ignored me and my companion, right off the bat, so we assumed that he was just a cook or food preparation kind of guy. The young female employee with the glasses was kind enough to take my order and my wife followed behind, looking at the menu overhead. Shortly afterwards, the aforementioned young guy that had ignored us, took the order of the person behind my wife, and completely ignored her. She got angry and shouted immediately in protest and the male employee still didn't remedy the situation. Good thing that the young lady that helped me, was kind enough to take her order as well. By that time, there were tons of other people on the line and the guy behind the guy behind my wife made some unnecessarily, hostile comments to her that escalated things as if she wasn't on line the whole time in front of him. That whole time, that male employee from earlier never looked at us, nor apologized or explained his non-customer-service-friendly actions. I wonder if it was due to racism or sexism. Either way, if you come to this location, please ensure that you get a hold of the young lady with the glasses to assist you- she is supper friendly, helpful and more than accommodating. That male employee, on the other hand, was virtually and literally useless. Wouldn't recommend him at all. He should probably stick to being a cook or food preparer or something due to his obvious lack of customer service and communication skills. Thankfully, the food turned out good, as it was our first time there. But that was, unfortunately, our first experience there with this local chain restaurant. Five stars for the female employee and -5 for that male one.
September 14 · John McCourtGuac Time in Bay Ridge is one of the best casual spots in the neighborhood for fresh Mexican food. The guacamole is always creamy and flavorful, and the tacos and burritos are packed with fresh ingredients. Portions are generous, so you definitely get your money’s worth. The staff here are really friendly and the service is quick, which makes it a great place whether you’re dining in or grabbing takeout. The restaurant itself is clean and comfortable, and it’s become one of my go-to places in Bay Ridge whenever I’m craving something tasty and filling
September 13 · Mary LawsonMy first and my last time ordering here wanted to take advantage of the buy one get one free to be for tacos. The order arrived soggy and all four tacos were stuck together a waste of my money.
September 05 · Tiquillia McpereboNo clue what the negative comments are about!! We ordered this in uber eats and it was so amazing we went there in person the next day. It’s like chipotle that also sells birria. It’s even better than chipotle by 100 times. The service could be better in person but I believe they get so many uber eats orders it’s hard to keep up
September 26 · Hannah ClarksonToday is my first time trying this place. I saw many reviews that it’s good so I decided to try it today and I just picked up the food now only to find one of my orders is missing even though I was charged for it. I don’t live close by to go back and pick it up and the guy was rude on the phone telling me that it was my fault for leaving it behind. She could have asked me to come back if she actually seen it and knew it was there in a different bag according to them. The food is good however the staff is a little slow and wasn’t always focused with my order trying to work on other orders that are being ordered on the app versus the person physically standing there. The food is good yes when I go there again never. If you to eat from there to make sure you check your order, they’re not missing anything.
