Went to Hava to pick up a $14 Peanut Butter Acai Bowl. When i returned to work which is one block over, the frozen acai portion of the bowl was melted and my granola was soggy. It was so bad I threw the whole thing in the garbage. It turns out they pre-prep the frozen portion instead of making it fresh on demand. Then place fruits on top when ordered. Worst of all the cashier/food prep person was sitting down behind the counter and I was their only customer at the that time. Businesses don't realize times are hard. You must have consistency in Product Performance/Presentation. Because word of mouth will kill your business.

I asked for no sugar in my bubble tea, and this was diabetes on a cup. The guy on the register not only lies to make the sale, but also refuses to fix it… Seemed like a cute place, but the product is pure sugar.

They put so much sugar in their drinks, it is really gross. Made my stomach hurt after drinking a few sips - the Watermelon Lychee smoothie. Nothing but sugar (and clearly I am not the only one when you read other reviews)

Very disappointed with my bowl. I ordered an acai bowl. Not a granola and banana bowl.I order these from the 1st Ave between 69th and 70th location all the time. That location always provides a good amount of acai with a good portion of fruit. I expected the same from this location.At this location there was barely one strawberry diced up and one tiny slice of mango on my bowl. Plus a ton of banana and granola. More than half my bowl was granola. And I paid the extra $1 for coconut. For that pitiful sprinkle on top. Very disappointing. The quality of the fruit was good however.

This place is awesome. The acai bowl, and smoothies are lovely. Nice place to go if you don't want anything heavy in the stomach. I usually get a large acai bowl or smoothie. The fruits are very fresh here as well. Excellent customer service. A nice stop for a grab and go for health and weight watching enthusiasts.
