Henrica's Reviews
I started coming here over three years ago for their Chinese infused menu. I would always order the chicken and broccoli, or chicken fried rice. Well I decided to get some chicken fried rice this time and I haven't been here in about 4 or 5 months maybe longer. Well, they've changed the type of chicken they used to use. When I got home and opened up the container I'm looking for chicken but it seemed little pieces of something I didn't know what it was, I didn't see the large chunks of chicken that used to come in the chicken fried rice. So I called them and informed them I think I have the wrong order, that This rice doesn't have any chicken in it. I was told to bring it back, which I did. They lady took the container to the back and said she's going to fix the order. I waited about 5 minutes she came back and said here you go sorry for the mishap. I opened and took a look, what do I see? More of the stuff I saw before, but this time in a little more bigger pieces.I rejected the order, had to go back and forth with the lady about how disappointed I was with the food. She told me that the chicken is always that way, which was a bold-faced lie. Anyway I decided to not patronize this business anymore, the food used to be good, even though you might have to wait 40 minutes for it ,it used to be worth it. Not anything
August 02 · antoine flemingThis is the worst food I’ve had that I can remember. I’ve had overnight overnight food but never this bad tasting. I had to throw it all away wasted my money I’m so disappointed this use to be Naki Saki and it has gone to the dogs ! I called and the restaurant and she said that’s how they make it this is disgusting. The shrimp were over cooked and gave old tough. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE ITS MISLEADING AS WELL. Pork Chop Suey Shouldn't be full of broccoli shredded carrots and a few piece of cabbage to say the least my God. Don’t list dishes you can’t make this crazy and insane I’m livid !!!
July 29 · Amardo MorrisonOrdered (on phone)large jerk chicken fried rice. Menu said $8.50 with paper sign posted below saying price increase in effect. Lady came back with my order and said $14.43. I asked for a new menu. Lady said "we don't print new menus and sign is there for price increase " I understand that prices increase but a 6$ difference for rice. And the chicken was not jerk seasoned.
May 13 · LeRoy Marshall JrReservations for 10, celebrating 3 birthdays. The service was ok, the staff seemed overwhelmed and uninterested in us being there. The food on the other hand was beyond great. From soup, appetizers of pepper shrimp, coconut shrimp, jerk chicken wings entrees oxtail, curry chicken, stew chicken soo very good. But being a server for 30 years i was hoping for more and with the gratuity included in the bill it deterred us to leave anymore onto.Overall it was an enjoyable evening with family and friends. Ty for the meal
September 22 · Elle BoogieService was slow, why, I saw only waiter, the the bartender starting help since the place started to get busy. Food was excellent, good mix music. I missed Nakishaki, prior owner was Chinese Jamaican and the Chinese food they used to sell was great. My pork Chinese rice I had today, did not cut. Overall nice place.
