Went on Sunday afternoon and wasn’t too busy.Good food, consistent with other IHOP locations. Portion sizes are good- right value and amount for the price. Presentation is probably the best at this location too.Service was a little slow to start but it’s not super fast-paced overall. Nice to sit and sip the coffee! Coffee came out fast and food shortly after. Attentive but they leave you alone to eat.It’s clearly a newer location so more spacious and clean than other IHOPs too. Will be back!

Stopped by for some late-night pancakes and left in a great mood. The food hit the spot, but honestly, the best part was the good vibes our server Fernando was super chill he made sure everything was on point ❤️

"I stopped by IHOP for breakfast and was thoroughly impressed! The service was top-notch - our server was friendly, attentive, and made sure our coffee cups were always full.But the real star of the show was the food. I ordered the strawberry banana pancakes, and they were absolute perfection. Fluffy, flavorful, and loaded with fresh strawberries and bananas. The portion was generous, to say the least!The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, with a fun and lively vibe. Overall, I was thoroughly satisfied with my experience at IHOP and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a delicious breakfast or brunch spot. Five stars, hands down!"

My boyfriend and I love this IHOP!The servers are super nice, they're quick, efficient, and provide good balance, they're never too much or too little, they check in just right amount of times.The pancakes here are better than the other two locations we've been to here in the city. They're fluffier, for sure, and that alone is why we're repeat customers.Thanks to the lovely staff, they make it worthwhile.
