This got to be the worst Ihop I've ever been in. Respectfully, I don't even care that it's 24 hours. There is absolutely no one picking up the dishes from the tables around me. This is NASTY. Imagine I'm trying to eat in dirt? Not sure why someone said this establishment is clean… hell nah. Never again. It honestly made me loose my appetite.

When I walked in, it was a very quiet & clean establishment. Within 2 minutes of sitting down, a server was at the table to assist with my and my daughter’s food order. After that, I receiving my food in 10 minutes. Hot and ready! My daughter enjoyed her food.

The service was on point and that is the ONLY reason they got 2 stars. Now they need to work on the food. I got Eggs Benedict. It was cold and disgusting. The English muffins were not toasted and were stale and cold and rubbery. The hash browns where in a square, cold, and not cooked well. I have no idea who is cooking back there but they have NO idea what they are doing. People work really hard for their money. And if you take the time to go out and spend your money, you shouldn't be served this. Totally disrespectful to serve this to community.

Ordered ahead through IHOP app. Gave them a little over a hour to prepare. I even arrived 10 minutes after pick up time. Get there and my order is ready. They gave me someone else’s order. There’s a reason why people order ahead of time. I had perishables in my car. Now I have to wait another 15 minutes between them figuring out they have to do order. I asked for a manager. He just happened to be the one at the pick up window. When I told them they need a better system, that they need to verify the order from people and that I should compensated, the manager says my order never printed and that they gave me a free order of hash brown. As to say, I should be happy. Had it been the old me l, would’ve told him what he do with them. I just grab my bag & walked out.

I’ve been here twice the first time I came all utensils and cups was dirty. When I asked for a second cup he brought it back to me with lipstick stains on it and for the utensils I was giving the option for plastic which I took because of the cup situation. I wanted to leave then cause I could only imagine the food would not be or could not be prepared in a clean setting. Food tasted good no complaints when it finally came after giving me clean things to use but the plastic fork and knife was no good for my steak and eggs it melted. Second time I came months later same situation with my cup but I brought a Gatorade drink in with me and some cleaning wipes. I order my same steak and eggs but after a few bites a nasty long piece of straight black hair was in my eggs. I showed the waitress she was apologetic but I was disgusted I went to the bathroom and washed my mouth out and walked out that restaurant. I wish I took pics.
