★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Really great food! Price is good. The service is great. The food is tasty, and the staff is very friendly. Especially the Saturday lady, very welcoming. (She said not to not say that)
August 23 · Dollar DonFood was not that good. Ordered from Uber eats. Food came in a timely fashion but order was not correct. Ordered dumplings didn't receive any. Ordered Mac and cheese didn't receive any. Ordered reggae pasta and received it but wished I could have sent it back. The pasta was way over cooked (literally disappeared in my mouth) and the flavor was bland. First and probably last time eating here.
July 30 · Tia HickmanDO NOT ORDER A CAKE FROM THEM.Ordered a cake for my kids party. Cake fell part the next day in refrigerator. I was told once the cake leaves the restaurant ok they cannot help you. No support in the cake to hold up the top. Horrible customer service
December 05 · Debbie StewartMOLD! I bought 3 full meals, 3 patties and 3 pieces of cake. Got home to eat the food first and then the cake, all to realize halfway through that there was mold on the cake! (Pictures attached). I called today Monday 8/5/24 at 5:32 pm and RESPECTFULLY notified them that this had occurred, the man that answered the phone did not express any remorse or acknowledgment of the issue, neither did he offer any solutions to rectify the situation. Instead all he said after I notified him was, “Thanks for letting us know, I’ll check.” I let him know that I was dissatisfied at his lack of remorse and he said “He didn’t know what to say”. An apology is a good start, followed by some sort of solution! When I asked for a manager he let me know they wouldn’t be in until 9pm and when I asked for his name as a reference, he did not offer it and he rhetorically asked me for my name. The lack of acknowledgment over this issue, and lack of etiquette of conflict resolution with a paying customer is ridiculous and I will be reporting this to the Department of Health.
August 05 · Alexis MaddenI love Jamaican Flavors patties. First time I had Ackee patties, I fell in love. I was recommended by one of the workers to try the impossible patty, the vegetable partty and I can say they are delicious. I love the impossible patty, will definitely try that and all the other two I purchased. The cake I bought I love it. I usually order the chocolate, but this one yummy. Thanks for your service and I will continue to support.
