I have been living in this neighborhood for 8+ years…Im not sure if it’s a Foreign thing or or a New York think but as a southern native these people’s customer service it TRASH‼️ mind you I’ve been here long enough to know what New York is about so I’m up on game.. first of all whomever the lady is that took our order stood in front of us on the phone talking about the kids outside on their bikes for 5 minutes as were trying to communicate our orders.. no hold, give me a minute Im sorry NOTHING.. THEN we had to repeat our order as if she didn’t understand English 3 TIMES… wait time was average… we ordered 2 chicken finger meals for $30+… I asked for bbq sauce nd she gave me 3 ketchup packets of bbq…. When asked for more she stated she had already given us some… Unbeknownst to me, ONE OF THEM HAD A HOLE IN IT‼️ she had more enthusiasm chasing us down after we left the store than doing her job😒

One it was hot as hell, the AC must’ve been broken.. no problem.. two I ordered chicken over rice extra sauce, there was no extra sauce and it was terrible the white sauce is horrible, it’s actually yellow. For 12$ you best goto a deli you’ll get better quality food.The lady at the register was nice but it’s a NO for me.

I really wanted to like this place, as I try to support local and small businesses. You can tell the front of house staff is passionate about what they do. The chicken was cooked very well. However the coating, which should have been crispy was sparse with little flavor. The mashed potatoes are a mix of powdered box and real potatoes, but taste more like boxed potatoes. Ordered the fried shrimp and the oil was not fresh. They have desserts. The space is clean and nice but the food is not the best. It is also is branded Texas Chicken and burgers on the store - but is no where near as good as Texas Chicken and Burgers. It is also a little pricey for what you get and quality is not worth price.

I came here with my sister on the way home today!I approached the counter and for 5 minutes I tried to order but the lady working was holding a conversation on her phone while standing at the register instead. Once I did get to order, she was only half paying attention because I had to repeat my order atleast 3 times.She was also extremely rude the entire time.After receiving our order, my sister asked for BBQ sauce, she was given 2 small ketchup-like packets of bbq sauce. I asked for additional sauce and the worker refused to give us any additional sauce despite having 6 chicken tenders.Once I finally got back home to eat my food, the chicken was so over cooked and DRY that I just threw it away instead. I will never eat here again and I don’t recommend anybody else eat here either.

horrible cashiers, barely know English. like I tell ya only lettuce on my food and yet I find everything, its not that hard to understand. dont shop here, dont give them your money, your better off getting some food in the subway, dunkin, or deli that are near it
