We stopped by Laza while visiting New York and had a great experience. We tried a few different crepes, and each one was delicious. The two young ladies working the register and crepe station were friendly, efficient, and did a wonderful job.The shop itself was clean, welcoming, and larger than we expected, with additional seating in the back—perfect for relaxing and enjoying your food. Overall, a great spot for tasty crepes and excellent service.

Absolutely loved our experience at the Chocolate Factory! The service was amazing from start to finish, everyone was so warm and welcoming. The food? Delicious. Every bite was rich, flavorful, and made with care. I got the triple chocolate kunafa and the ocky way waffle, so good.Special shoutout to Mariam at the cashier — she was incredibly sweet and helpful. She went out of her way to help us navigate the menu, gave us great recommendations, and genuinely made us feel so welcome. The whole staff chatted with us, made conversation, and truly cared about our experience. You could tell they loved what they do, and it made all the difference. We’ll definitely be back! 💖

What an absolute disaster. I'm writing this review so others don't make the same mistake my family and I did by visiting Laza Chocolate Factory. This place is not a "factory"; it's a glorified, overpriced sugar dump with a staff that seems to have no interest in making the experience pleasant.We were "greeted" by two teenagers who acted like they were starring in their own prank show. They were loud, obnoxious, and seemed to find it hilarious to ignore us while we stood there waiting to be seated. When they finally acknowledged our existence, one of them smirked and told us to "just sit wherever." This set the tone for the entire visit. The excellent service I've heard so much about was nowhere to be found. Instead, we got a taste of what I can only describe as actively horrible service from two kids who clearly don't want to be there.The space itself is supposed to be "trendy," but it felt more like a cluttered, disorganized warehouse with a flimsy theme. The decor was a jumble of mismatched furniture and garish colors that gave me a headache. But the real crime was the food. The menu descriptions are a work of fiction. What arrived at our table was a monstrosity of sugar piled on top of more sugar. It was a chaotic mess, a visual and culinary nightmare. The chocolate was cheap, waxy, and completely devoid of any real flavor. Nothing was amazing or delicious; it was all just a muddle of inedible sweetness. My kids, who normally devour anything with sugar, took one bite and refused to eat the rest.Laza Chocolate Factory is a colossal disappointment. The service is a joke, the atmosphere is a chaotic mess, and the food is not edible. This place deserves to be closed down. Save your money and your sanity and go somewhere—anywhere—else.

Went to this Kunafa spot recently with friends, and overall, we had a great experience!We tried two kinds of Kunafa – the Ocky Way Kunafa with Ice Cream and the Triple Chocolate Kunafa. The Ocky Way was hands down my favorite – the warm, cheesy Kunafa paired with the cold ice cream was just chef's kiss. My friends preferred the classic Triple Chocolate Kunafa without ice cream, but honestly, both were rich, satisfying, and totally worth it.We also decided to try their mojitos – Watermelon, Peach, Blue Raspberry, and Dragon Fruit – but this part was disappointing. All of them tasted like straight-up sugar syrup with barely any citrus or fizz. Definitely not what you'd expect from a good mojito. If you're going, I'd suggest skipping the drinks.On the bright side, the ambience was beautiful, the service was great, and the vibe was chill and welcoming. I’d easily give a 5/5 for atmosphere and service.Would absolutely return for the Kunafa – just hope they improve the mojitos!

Laza Cafe in Bay Ridge is hands down one of my favorite dessert spots. Their Dubai Strawberry Cups are out of this world, so fresh strawberries dipped in rich chocolate with just the right amount of toppings. Their kunafa is also to die for!!!! The place has a cozy vibe, perfect for hanging out or a quick treat run. What really stands out is the amazing service. everyone there is super friendly and makes you feel right at home. If you’re in the area, this place is a must-try!
