Did you know that these cookies have liquid chocolate?! A very interesting combination: crispy on top and soft chocolate inside. Quite tasty. I'm impressed!😋 Definitely try it!) The cashier is polite and friendly, not like in the famous coffee shops... 🙄🫩I mean friendly in a human way.😊

An absolute must-visit in NYC!Levain Bakery lives up to the hype. Their cookies are insanely good—crispy on the outside, gooey and warm on the inside, and packed with flavor. The classic Chocolate Chip Walnut is out of this world, but honestly, you can’t go wrong with any flavor.Perfect spot for a sweet treat whether you're a local or just visiting the city.

Levain was packed with a line almost out the door at 9pm on a Tuesday. It maintained that pace for the 30 minutes that we were there. We got a lemon, and fudge cookie. The cookies were very good, though I thought they were almost too sweet, and too subtle on flavor, especially on the lemon cookie. The buttery flavor was intense in a good way though. It's a great place, I would definitely come back again, but with less of a line

😋 Levain Bakery – Upper East SideOkay… I get the hype now. These cookies are NEXT LEVEL! I thought they were just another NYC trend, but no — there’s nothing like them. Crunchy on the outside, warm and gooey inside, with chocolate that literally melts in your mouth.I tried the dulce de leche with coconut and wow… it was love at first bite. Sweet but not overwhelming, with the perfect chewy texture. It’s huge too — definitely shareable, but honestly, you’ll want it all for yourself.The vibe is cozy, the staff is fast and friendly, and even with the line, it’s worth every minute. If you’re around Central Park or the Upper East Side, don’t leave without grabbing one. Trust me — once you taste it, you’ll never look at cookies the same way again. 🍪✨

Heard about Levain Bakery a lot so I was so excited to try it. I ordered the chocolate chip cookie and my husbands the chocolate base with chocolate chip. Both came out of the oven and were hot with melted chocolate. It was so good though it breaks easily. We also bought two to bring home in the UK. They were harder the day after but still very good. I just wished the place had more seats available to have a sit.
