The beauty of LOS TACOS No.1's menu is its simplicity. The core offerings are tacos and quesadillas, and each one is a masterpiece in its own right. The most highly recommended item is the Taco itself. Customers rave about the grilled chicken (Pollo Asado) and marinated pork (Adobada), which are both incredibly flavorful. The grilled steak (Carne Asada) is another top choice, known for its tender texture and rich taste. You have a choice of either a corn or a flour tortilla, so don't be afraid to try both to see which you prefer.
For something with a little more substance, the Quesadillas are a must-try. You can get them with your choice of meat, or go for the fried "especial" version, which is a customer favorite. Another unique and delicious option is the **Mulas**, which are similar to a quesadilla but with two tortillas acting as a "sandwich" for the meat and cheese. The vegetarian Nopal options, which feature grilled cactus, are a unique and satisfying choice, whether in a taco or on a plate. Finally, don't skip the sauces! The salsas are incredibly fresh, and while the hot salsa is known to be very spicy, it's worth it for the flavor. And for a perfect side to share, the Chips y Guacamole is a classic choice that you can't go wrong with.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Best tacos in NYC near Times Square. There‘s usually a line out front, but it moves quickly and is absolutely worth the wait. The staff are super friendly, and the tacos taste amazing! When you want to get your taco, keep in mind you‘ll need to choose your type of tortilla (corn or flour) and sauces you prefer.Highly recommend!
September 05 · Arefeh GhIf you want the whole experience, you must try this place in NYC. The food is GREAT, one of the very best tacos I’ve ever had. The whole vibe of the store is worthy, the service was amazing so friendly, professional, and quick. We tried almost all the meat options on the menu and all are delicious. But the grilled chicken stands out the most. The hot salsa they use is very spicy so be careful! The prices seem expensive ($6 for one taco) but it is totally worth it. There’s always a line but it moves quickly so don’t hesitate to wait.
August 12 · Mohamed ChakkourThere’s almost always a line, but it’s absolutely worth the wait. These are some of the best tacos near Times Square! The service is fast and efficient, and the food is top-notch. They use corn tortillas, and if you’re new to tacos, the grilled chicken is a great place to start—super flavorful. The adobada is also a standout, with generous portions of protein. Highly recommend!
July 24 · Luisa DiazTHE BEST TACOS EVER!!! This place knows how to work as a team! The tacos were the best I’ve ever had in my life and would come back just to have them again! Highly recommend trying this place! Line moves pretty quick due to fast pace environment
September 10 · Mark RWe went here because of all of the positive reviews. We were expecting great things. It was super crowded and very busy. They worked through the line quickly. They have a good system going and they were helpful. I guess I’m spoiled with the tacos at home. These weren’t as good as the tacos in Idaho. They were a little too busy with no standing tables left.
