★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Said to be the best Falafel in New York and it certainly did not disappoint. I am not too much of a fan of falafel, but this is pretty good. The sauce is a little bit too sour to my taste.
July 22 · Liang HuangBeen coming to this location for many years. Absolutely delicious food and the atmosphere brings back great memories. But lately I have noticed things are definitely changing. They got rid of their original homemade lentil soup. They now serve some ready made soup instead. Definitely not the same experience.Last time I was there, they were all out of shawarma and lamb kebab. They only had falafel, kofta and chicken kebab, at 9pm!I’ve been to this place hundreds if not thousands of times, never have I seen them be out of any kind of dish. It’s not the end of the world but when you take a long trip for over an hour to grab some good old shawarma sandwiches just to find out that they’re all out, it’s disappointing.I have been to some of their other locations but nothing beats an original location. I hope they bring back some of the old experience and continue to keep this place great as it always has been.
July 30 · M KStraight up solid falafel and shawarma pitas. The falafel is light and delicious and the shawarma is browned and savory. Hummus is smooth as butter. Hot peppers, spice, tahini makes the flavor POP.1 or 1 tables inside, so be prepared to sit outside at one of their covered tables.
July 04 · Angela Cooperman-GalperWow, this place was amazing. The shawarma had the perfect balance of perfectly seasoned meat and refreshing vegetables. The falafel was crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Their menu offers great quality at very affordable prices. Just a heads-up, they only take cash, so come prepared
August 29 · HayleyAmazing and generous falafel sandwich, very well priced too. The cashier at the counter accepted to put my order into my container :).However please put in place the compost and recycling bins. There is only a bin for landfill. This would make a massive difference for your business as well if you had a bin for the compost in your place and encourage people to put their plates, napkins and food leftovers there! We can reduce waste all together.
