If I can give 0 stars, I would!!! Super unprofessional!!! Sent my husband in with a screenshot of my mobile order and order #. They refused to give him the order because "it didn't show on the screen". The order number was clearly visible and after work I went by to see why they gave him such a hard time. I proceed to show all the evidence of the order being placed successfully and they kept giving me a hard time as well until someone else came and finally gave me my order. After the order is placed, it's hard to cancel because it stated "it was being prepared and unable to cancel". The manager is super incompetent and too young for any kind of decision making. They really have to reevaluate their staff. Thanks to the gentleman that actually helped us out. Never again!
