So today at 5:50Am i went there to buy a hot chocolate. The little seems like spanish girl gave me the boiling milk. I went inside again and she replaced it. When I opened the lid there’s no whipped cream inside. I asked her to add the whipped cream and she said you have to pay for whipped cream. I show her my previous orders nd she rudely told me to do not show me these. Then I asked her to read the ingredients of hot chocolate so she replies that i’m not in school.Seriously? Like she overreacts like she’s bringing the whole stuff from her home. Terrible experience in the early morning. Teach your staff some respect 🙏

There are only three McDonald’s in Brooklyn I trust, and this one is definitely in my top three. I don’t eat out often, but when I do, I prefer grabbing breakfast from here. The food is always fresh, the staff is friendly, the place is spotless, and the service is consistently on point.

Pink hair girl she was not pay attention to my orders. She served lots of new people. I asked politely to if she can check my order. Of course she see number don’t answer me and left. After some time again asked. And again she ignored me. 3 times I asked and again 😔 after 20 minutes waiting just drink and ice cream I see young guys and ask him. And he brought my order.After I tasted my caramel frappe was not tasted at all. I never taste other McDonald so bad frappe
