This place is awful! You need new management and service workers. The food is terrible, stale, the drinks are just water. The service terrible and they always give you the wrong order and the attitude!!!

Go to another McDonald’s ! Seeing other reviews it’s safe to say this is one of the worst McDonald’s in Brookyln. I don’t know how they haven’t had to get new management. Over 5 years of bad reviews. The whole store smelled like cat litter, there is always loitering and trash everywhere. It took way too long to just get a soda, I had to ask for the soda after I saw them clear it off the screen just to make good times and move through 4-5 other food orders. Customer service is always terrible. The way the staff communicated is unpofessional. I give them credit for being open so late in Ridgewood, but the store is always a disaster late at night. Owner should really be ashamed.
