So I have uber one and got a delivery from this place. I ordered a bacon king and a big Mac but asked for no sesame seed bun, you would assume that they would use a seedless bun. I did look for the option to request that but there wasn't one and I assumed common sense would triumph. However this is what I was graced with. Thank you guys, that's some real pro game right there. -$26

Was kicked out by staff saying they have no food available on 10-07-2025. Would not be an issue as this is an issue obviously beyond their control however staff was very rude going about it shooing everyone out the door locking it behind them without offering any instructions on what to do or allowing a question regarding a mobile order that’s been placed. Been on the phone with customer service for a week trying to get my points back and a refund.Obviously this is an issue only affecting me but the food and service overall is generally better at Victory, greenridge and Hylan locations.

I use to love come here.I’ve been visiting most days every week because my fiancé has food allergies and can barely eat anywhere else. The staff use to be awesome and incredibly friendly, but over the past month or two we have been getting passive aggressively harassed by the kitchen staff for asking that our order be a specific way. My fiancé will get very ill if some very simple things can’t be removed for her order. It got to the poor that I asked to speak with a manager. Now they follow my order, but for weeks I get our food 20+ minutes after ordering it. And will after others that placed orders after I did. They also always get my order wrong, like day I order a Double Quarter Pounder with cheese and Bacon, but only got 1 beef patty and no bacon. The guys at the counter even promised he would get my order right today. Yeah right. I use to love coming here. Now I hate it.I’ve learned to stop saying a cause it just making things worse.Don’t come here it you have a loved one with any king of food allergy. You be may get harassed like I did, just because I was looking out for the health and well being of my loved one.

Takes FOREVER to get food now. this location used to be very fast but lately it’s been EXTREMELY slow. almost 30 minutes for FAST FOOD is crazy to me. you can tell the fries were in very old oil because they were much darker than usual, chewy and rubbery. staff doesn’t even say hi back or anything at the windows, just stares at me and hands me the food. not to mention the BUG I found in my iced coffee and when I called to talk to someone about it nobody answered. it was literally 3 PM why is no one answering the phone? this location has gone extremely down hill. not sure if management was changed or something but it’s pathetic to be honest. I’ve attached a photo of the drive thru line, it goes all the way down page avenue. it’s disgustingly slow here. also they never put any sauces in the bag which I usually wouldn’t complain about since it’s a small thing but considering the disturbing amount of green from this establishment they actually make you pay for sauces, so it’s ridiculous how lazy the staff are to just skip that when it costs actual money.

The store wasn't generally filthy, other than the sink in the men's room that didn't work. Not sure how any male employees wash their hands. I digress.The food was borderline inedible. When I tried to get my daughter ketchup, they told me they couldn't give me ketchup packets and I'd have to order the ketchup with food on the kiosk.The store, and the company, really ought to find this location embarrassing to the brand.
