This has got to be the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to … I went through the drive thru… little boy on his cell phone could not get my order right … I actually ordered sausage biscuit with cheese and a large sweet tea extra ice … doesn’t seem hard … wrong they gave me the wrong sandwich twice … 1st time sausage egg and cheese biscuit 2nd time egg and cheese biscuit … I guess I should be thankful I got the sweet tea with little ice …. Never again! My large fries were a complete joke, not even halfway filled, and they shoved the sauces on top of the fries. Why?!?!?! Makes no sense. I got soggy, cold, barely cooked lame fries. Like are you tryna save money on fries??? The spicy chicken is disgusting and looked horrible! My husband had it before at a different location and what he got today was gross AF.

This low rating is specifically for the woman dressed in a pink top, grey pants, and a blue cap on Saturday, 9/20/2025 @ 12PM. I didn’t catch her name. Horrible customer service. I waited for a small black coffee meanwhile it was already prepared. Upon asking, she didn’t even bother to check and just said “YEAH IT’S COMING.” I was trying to catch someone else’s attention because she already had a horrible demeanor. Thankfully, someone else helped AND she had a better attitude.

Went there just now and ordered food on my mobile app. I also wanted to use the restroom because I'm traveling home to yonkers. I was told twice that the restroom was out of order, and had been for 3 months now. The supervisor also told Mr it's out of order. I asked him where do they wash hands to serve my fries and he walked away. I cancelled my order and left and tried to report to dept on health but couldn't remember the correct address as there is two McDonald's on that street.
