I placed a mobile order and arrived to find the doors locked while employees sat inside watching me struggle to get in. No one moved until another employee came from outside to unlock the door. I greeted at least three staff members with a cheerful “Good morning”, not one acknowledged me. Several walked right past without a word.No one offered help, no one checked on my order, and when I rang the bell, I was ignored. The staff only spoke Spanish, and when my food was finally handed to me, it came with visible attitude and zero warmth. No smiles, no courtesy, just a complete lack of customer service. It felt like I was intruding rather than being served. From the time I placed the order til I received my food took almost 15 mins and I was the only person there!McDonald’s should be better than this.

I come here once a week for lunch. The drive through is atrociously long on Mondays. The food is consistent though. They do not offer you ketchup or anything either, you have to remember to ask. Parking is hectic, and tight, unless you park in the back.

However, the service here is excellent. The ladies provide quality service and always get my orders correct. I always order pick up and when I arrive my order is always there. The one thing I wish they could bring back is 24 hr breakfast. I can rarely get breakfast here because the cutoff time is 11:30. I love the hot cakes and always get orange juice and hot chocolate. I love the apple pie and the shakes. Cheeseburger is also tasty. I like how there is ample space for seating.

Ordered oatmeal and it came out like cream soup. Took it up to the counter and asked why is there was cream in it. This is not oatmeal. They insisted it was then blew me off. If you go to McDonald's website they show you the ingredients. Milk/ cream is not one of them.Not the nicest and definitely don't care about what they're doing. If that's the case, go get another job.Finally, to top it off, when I walked away, they cursed me out in Spanish. They should be careful, a white guy can be fluent too!
