I’ve had two horrible experiences at this McDonald's, and I’m honestly so frustrated.First encounter:I was in the drive-thru for over an hour just trying to place my order. When I finally got to the window, my fries were cold. I’m pregnant, and I found the whole interaction disrespectful and completely unprofessional. I ended up not eating the food at all because I just couldn’t trust it after that. I honestly felt so disrespected by the entire situation.Second encounter:I placed an order for breakfast at 10:20 am, and when my boyfriend went to pick it up, they told him my order was canceled— even though there was no notification about it on the app. The employees then told him they were only serving lunch and made me cancel my order entirely. This was incredibly frustrating and left me feeling completely disregarded. There were no lines, and the restaurant was clean but if you decide to eat in you may come across some people who beg for money which is not cool.
