I've ordered from this McDonald's multiple times through DoorDash since it's the closest one to me. Usually, they make innocuous screw-ups like forgetting to add BBQ sauce. Annoying, but I'll live. At worst, they'll forget to add bacon to my quarter pounder or some other mistake with my order.Well in this case, they not only managed to get my order wrong by forgetting to add onions and bacon, they served me a completely undercooked burger.I can tolerate incompetence. Mistakes happen. And judging by the other reviews, this place is full of them. But when it comes to public health, this is gross negligence and unacceptable.I truly hope the franchisee and someone from corporate sees not only mine but the countless other shocking reviews because this is certainly no way to run a restaurant.

this is how I was handed my double cheeseburger at McDonald’s and there is a hard piece of something inside my chicken nugget. I’ve been into it and I was had a panic attack because of how disgusting it was. I proceeded to call the McDonald’s not only did they take about 10 minutes answer the phone. They hung up on me when I was complaining about my complaint. This McDonald’s is disgusting. Every time I order inside. There are always little children making noises at me and staring at me and they never seem to get my order right there’s always something missing or something extra that I do not want like a fish sandwich The service here is appalling and is believably disgusting.

A prerequisite for ordering from this McDonald’s is extreme patience as the wait time for curbside and dining in is consistently 30+ minutes. And if you’re in the drive thru, there’s a 60% chance they’ll move you to curbside where you’ll wait another 10+ minutes. I come here more often than I’d care to admit, but this has been my experience with this location for years.

The worker (had acne stickers) who was supposed to do my order was chatting with her coworker, that’s why my order was taking so long and it was just sitting there even when it was the only order. Until another employee came to grabbed it and give it to me. Since the lady with the acne sticker saw me she gave me dirty look and probably that’s why she didn’t call my order. And surprise when I got home the fries were upside down and cold…

We specifically came to the store to purchase the kids’ meal because the toy for this cycle was the “Minecraft” theme, which the children really love. However, we were given the toy from the previous cycle—“Sonic”—which left the children very disappointed.What’s more frustrating is that when we raised the issue, the store manager was very dismissive and offered no reasonable explanation. By the way the manager on duty today was a shorter, slim male wearing glasses. If the “Minecraft” toys were already out of stock, this should have been clearly communicated at the time of ordering or pickup, rather than letting customers unknowingly pay for something different.
