For a first-timer, the Tonkotsu Ramen ($13.95) is the essential starting point. This classic bowl embodies the restaurant's expertise, featuring the rich, Tokyo-style pork broth that forms the foundation of their reputation. It is frequently lauded for its perfect execution and tender grilled pork belly.

Beyond the noodles, don't miss the side dishes. The Gyoza ($8.95) — six pieces of hand-made pork dumplings, pan-fried on the bottom and steamed on top — are often described as some of the best in the area. Additionally, the Pork Buns (1 Piece for $3.95), featuring grilled pork belly tucked into a soft bao bun, are a perfect, quick appetizer.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Good hangover cure when you want some broth with noodles. Got a miso ramen which was tasty and it had a lot of vegetables in it. They give you a lot of noodles too. The service was great and the waiter was attentive. They also have combo options where you can pick a ramen with a side such as gyozas. Recommend if you want to enjoy a simple Japanese ramen!
June 26 · Nicole KimWe love the Tonkatsu Ramen and Gyoza of this restaurant. Tonight we came here to celebrate my mom birthday! Our server Jefferson was great, super nice and played nice Japanese music. Jefferson made our experience even better tonight!
July 16 · Andrea Sayuri FuruyaMany ramen places in Fort Lee, NJ (there used to be a large Japanese population here -but they all left when Korean-Americans started to move in). They are all good but this is my favorite one. Can't explain why. Sometimes we enjoy food for some emotional reason we can't explain. The decor seems more ramen-y (ramen shops shouldn't be high-brown, fancy or bougie). The staff with their bandanas and their chanting in Japanese seem like what you'd expect. Anyway, others agree because this place seems to be the busiest of all the ramen shops in town.
September 22 · Johnny BFirst time visiting this place. I have been looking for a good Ramen place. Look no more. We were a group of 4. We all enjoyed our Ramen. Tasteful. For sure I will be returning. They serve you water when you are seated. The Gyudon were amazing. If I could mention only one critique would be that they dont have fried chicken to put in the Ramen. I asked and they mentioned that they have have it in their other restaurant. I would still return.
February 21 · Edwin MoranExcellent Ramen place, totally recommended! One of the best Ramen in the areaIt’s a small local, so if you want to dine in you would have to wait around 20 min, but trust me it’s worth it,Small menu, so your order will be ready in around 5-10 min max. They also have Vegetarian/Vegan Options so that’s a plus.Ramen it’s around $12-17 it depends if you want to add some extra. The broth is delicious, full of flavor but my favorite part was the pork belly, the meat was so tender, perfectly cooked.
