★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1This new Japanese lounge is an absolute gem. The interior is stunning—modern, elegant, and designed with a true sense of style that creates a warm yet sophisticated atmosphere. The floor-to-ceiling windows open up to breathtaking city and river views, making it a perfect spot for a romantic evening or a relaxed evening with friends. The menu is just as impressive as the setting, offering a wide variety of Japanese dishes that are both authentic and beautifully presented. Highlights for me were the sashimi salad—so fresh and full of flavor—and the octopus, which was perfectly prepared, soft, and absolutely delicious. Every plate feels carefully crafted, balancing flavors and textures in a way that makes the experience unforgettable.Next time, I will definitely try their crafted cocktails, which looked amazing and perfectly complement the overall lounge experience.
September 13 · Natalia MedJapanese listening lounge where all senses are enlivened. Carefully curated vinyl sets the tone, the skyline sparkles beyond the glass, and the food and sake transport you. Hidden above the bustle of the city, Miru offers a tranquil escape by day and a sultry, immersive atmosphere by night. The menu, led by Executive Chef Rick Horiike, draws from his deep Japanese heritage and impressive culinary journey
September 04 · Paul AmpununHad a wonderful experience, bringing my cousin here for a night on the town. The atmosphere, drinks and warm towel service were amazing. Our waitress Shayla gave us the best service of our lives. Definitely coming back
September 15 · Silver StreamGreat service. Mind blowing yellow fin tuna on the bone, would come back just for that dish.
September 17 · Dmitry NaumovMiru is a marvelous marble sitting at the very top rooftop of City Winery. It’s a restaurant and listening room, but it also has a somehow nightclubish or loungey vibe. Sitting down on the couch by the window facing the window with the spectacular view, overseeing the entire city is the best part about Miru. I recommend the best time to come by will be right before the sunset, not when it’s already dark, so you can see the transition from day to night. At night, the scene is not living up to its full potential because of the cool fluorescent light outside on the balcony that conflicts with the soft light in the restaurant. My advice is to change the balcony cool light to soft light to match and stay in harmony with the cozy vibe next to the restaurant. The food is French-inspired Japanese, so it’s not your average Japanese or sushi place. There is a lot subtle flavor variances in the dishes that you need to be able pick up in order to appreciate it. The server, Passang, was an absolute pleasure and really gave top-notch hospitality. What a truly unforgettable visit.
