moonbowls Introduce
In the bustling landscape of New York's culinary scene, moonbowls stands out as a unique and innovative destination for Korean cuisine. Located at 383 Bridge St in Brooklyn, this establishment has quickly gained a reputation for its commitment to health, flavor, and accessibility. Unlike traditional Korean restaurants, moonbowls has a "delivery-first" model and focuses on creating clean, craveable, and "feel good" food. The brand prides itself on using high-quality, real, and 100% gluten-free ingredients, making it a haven for those with dietary restrictions or simply a desire for a healthier meal.
The philosophy behind moonbowls is simple but impactful: to provide delicious, nutrient-dense meals that you can feel good about eating. They achieve this by making low-sugar and low-calorie sauces from scratch every day and sourcing ingredients from trusted partners. The menu is intentionally vegetable-forward, but still features a robust selection of grilled and crispy proteins. This focus on clean eating doesn't come at the expense of taste, as the bowls are packed with vibrant flavors and textures. The modern, trendy, and casual atmosphere, even for a largely delivery-based business, speaks to a forward-thinking approach to fast-casual dining. This spot has become particularly popular with college students and families looking for a quick, healthy, and satisfying meal.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I recently ordered a moo bowl and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in every way. While I had read some negative reviews online, my experience was really good! The standout dish that stole the show was their Impossible Beef Bulgogi Bowl. As a aspiring vegetarian, I was skeptical at first, but the flavors and textures were so spot-on that I could hardly believe it wasn't real beef. The bulgogi marinade was perfectly balanced.Equally impressive was their Fried Cauliflower dish. Despite some negative comments I had seen online, the food was pretty good! They read the feedback and have improved!Don't let a few negative reviews deter you from experiencing the magic of their Impossible Beef Bulgogi Bowl and Fried Cauliflower.
August 18 · ElleDo not sleep on moonbowls! Wow this place is good. They serve a 100% gluten-free menu with plenty of vegan options as well. I was fortunate enough to try a spread of some of their best hits. The Avacado Bulgogi bowl is incredible and so is the Korean Hot Chicken Bowl. We also tried the Gochujang Caesar salad, a Korean spin on a classic that was top notch. For apps, we went with the cauliflower wings and the potstickers. Everything was super fresh and the portions were perfect. I will definitely be back. Oh yes, and they have a rewards program that I’ll probably do some serious damage with.
October 04 · Taylor SnipesOutstanding gluten free Korean fried chicken! I was none short of thrilled with my meal. For those eating gluten free- you will love. Kimchi side dish was very spicy, Korean native level. Be warned Haha
September 04 · Natalie DietzDon’t even think about it. Unless you are seeking revenge on someone, in which case you should recommend they order delivery from this place.Found this place as “(Expletive) Gluten” on DoorDash. I figured out that the business behind that name was moonbowls, and chose to order directly from them so they’d hopefully get more money. The first two times I ordered from them were kinda rough: Food tasted OK, portions were quite small, and orders were 30 minutes late.I was foolish enough to order a third time. When the order was 15 minutes late I checked their app and saw that the food hadn’t been picked up. I texted their “concierge” service, which assured me that the food was just waiting to be picked up.30 minutes later I texted again. Silence. Tried to call, but their phone number is just a complicated menu where all options lead you back to texting them.At the 2-hour mark I texted then again, only to learn that the order still hadn’t been picked up. They tried to shift blame, saying that they made the food on time but that their “delivery partner” (read: Uber Eats) was at fault. Whatever.I cut my losses and took the refund. Will never get that 2 hours back. You’ve been warned.
March 05 · Pauly TenderfootThe food was sooooo good! Really fresh meat super delicious and convenient. Filled me up
