Moriya is one of ten food stalls that is located in Japan Village Food Hall. They specialize in Japanese rice bowls such as beef don, curry rice, katsu don, and ebi don. All of their meals are made fresh and full of flavors!I tried their Washugyu Curry since I already tried the Sunrise Mart's Plain Curry and Katsu Curry. The Washugyu Curry was delicious! The rice was nice and plump and the Washugyu beef was tender. The beef was still stuck together when I got my order, but it was easy to peel them apart. The Oyako Don was another order I tried. I had to wait for this don since the chicken and egg takes time to cook. However, the wait was worth it! The egg was creamy and rich, perfectly accentuating the chicken, which was plump and juicy! - Stephen K
