Ordered through the app, pizza was somewhat warm but tasted alright, on one bite I found a long black hair inside the pizza (pictured) we were all men with short hair eating it. I’m not ordering from this place again, especially after reading other reviews about how dirty this place is ruined the experience for me. Avoid and order somewhere else.

This has to be the worst store I have ever ordered. Is so disorganized, unprofessional, and reckless. The food was not even prepared properly. The waiting time passes 30 minutes for a pick-up. Never again

I ordered a pizza through the Papa John's app, and it took over 2 hours to arrive! I called them at least 10 times, and every time I explained the issue, they would say, 'Wait a second,' then put me on voicemail and hang up the call. Terrible customer service and a horrible experience. If you can’t deliver on time, at least communicate properly with your customers. Never ordering from this location again the pizza was really good but bad service 2 hours is crazy!

I ordered through the papa John’s app. Never received my order. Me typing this review I still haven’t received my order. Spoke to a manager literally an hour ago. Told me the guy just left and still nothing. I’ve been calling the store for 30 minutes now and no answer! Never will be ordering from here again! Terrible
