★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Joanna was a horrible server/bartender. She blantly carters to certain patrons. I thought it was just me until I saw another customer sit at the bar that looked like me, Joanna ignored her the same, but as soon as a male lighter skin patron walked up. he was immediately acknowledged and given a menu. I had to wait a good 5-7 minutes before she asked what I wanted. I was nwver given a menu. These series of actions can be seen on video. Then she asked me me if I wanted to go. She also put in the wrong order for sweet potato. Joanna only checked on me once and I was almost done with my food. She then faked being nice because she wanted a tip. Her co-worker Marcus provided excellent customer service. If it weren't for him, I would be upset. Thank you Marcus for providing excellent customer service. ALL money is green and ALL patrons should be treated the same!
April 10 · Cynthia BerryFor those who follow my reviews: you all know...I don't write positive reviews. PLEASE PAY ATTENTION!The staff! The food! The environment ! Are all 100% dialed in! Pure perfection. The hotel is great and all, but it's the burger that would encourage me to book a stay here again! Well done 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
November 12 · Jeremy BoytsPavilion was closed, so went to Elements at the same hotel. Service was horrible, dishes were filthy. I was enjoying my glass of Chardonnay until I saw food caked on the glass. I showed the server, and she brought me another dirty glass with only a couple of sips of Chardonnay in it, (I had only had a couple of sips before seeing the caked on food). No apologies, and the dirty glass of wine was $24! I ordered water, and the glass was filthy, so I showed her. She brought another glass that was even dirtier. No apologies!! What is happening to customer service these days??
February 19 · Kelly GRestaurant was close to the hotel and the menu looked good so decided to check it out. The Pavillion was closed so had to eat in the Elements bar area. Food was excellent. The only downside was the service. The waiter spoke maybe a total of 8 words the entire time. Delivery was an option at the hotel and I would probably do that next time instead.
October 19 · Melissa O'GilbertFood is pretty good, but be prepared for sticker shock. Outrageous pricing makes eating and drinking here an enormously expensive endeavor. They crank up the prices just because they're the only option besides delivery. $18 for a gin/tonic. $19 for a unremarkable panini with french fries. Avoid this place simply out of principle. That's why the reviews are so bad.
