This Popeye’s location seems to be a criminal enterprise. Order placed via DoorDash. Classic Chicken Sandwich Combo was ordered for a cost of $18.69 + 8.8754% tax.Combo items were a large Coke, Cajun fries, and Regular Coleslaw.The chicken sandwich was NOT delivered!The coleslaw was only a tablespoon in volume, far less than the container size.I reported the missing sandwich and was offered only $4.14 refund! This is criminal.Also ordered was a double order of wings.The picture seen here are wings which were likely cooked early in the morning. My order was placed at approximately 11:00pm. See photo of this wretched batch of old wings.The phone number listed for this location goes directly to a voicemail box which does NOT accept messages. This is another clue that this location is likely a criminal enterprise.I plan to take further action with Popeye’s corporate office this week.

What really stood out was her genuine willingness to help — she went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I was looking for, even taking extra time to offer thoughtful recommendations based on my needs. Her attention to detail, calm demeanor, and respectful approach reflect a level of professionalism that is rare to find. In a large store where things can often feel impersonal or rushed, Halima made the experience feel personal and smooth. She is truly an asset to the team, and it’s clear that she takes great pride in her work. I left the store not only satisfied with my purchase, but genuinely impressed by the high level of customer care I received. Wow! Best Popeyes I’ve had in a very long time. A clean restaurant too! This Popeyes stands out and is the example the rest need to strive for. The staff was friendly and attentive. No attitude or sass 👏🏼! I was surprised because I’ve never been treated so kindly at a Popeyes! The food was coming out fresh and hot and they were promptly filling orders. Didn’t take long at all for our food and it was tasty! This is probably the best Popeyes in Brooklyn and a shining example for the company! If you’re down here in the junction, this is the Popeyes to go to for some fresh chicken! Come on down 😎 🍗 🐓 😋

Take a look at all the fake 5 star reviews. Theyre all people that have 1-2 reviews. The reviews give no feedback in the comment. Anyone can snap a picture of a receipt and upload it.This place is absolutely trash.When I was in line ordering food, one of the girls at the register activity cut me off to show the girl taking my order something on her phone. I really dont care if you chat with coworkers, but I do care if you cut me off to share some bullshit TikTok cause that's FAR more important than someone placing an order. That's strike one.When I got the food, it was terrible. I ordered the ghost pepper chicken sandwich, a 2 piece spicy combo and a mango smoothie. The entire meal was TRASH. None if it were spicy and the mango smoothie tasted really off, like some chemical got dropped into it.Ill follow up if I get hospitalized for food poisoning.Eat here AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!
