Love this place. Food is fresh and delicious and prepared right in front of you. There are many healthy options and the staff are always friendly.

This location used to be welcoming, but it has drastically declined. The environment now feels unclean and uninviting. Management is unaccommodating and at times outright rude, which makes guests feel unwelcome. The cleanliness is especially concerning — food tray areas are filthy, and utensils or napkins are often unavailable. Many ingredients are missing, which defeats the purpose of dining at a build-your-own meal spot. I don’t plan on returning anytime soon. With a Chipotle conveniently located in the next plaza, there’s little reason to choose this QDOBA.

I came here a few times. The experience can be hit or miss. A few times, it's been empty and the staff has been laughing in the back and barely acknowledging us. Other times, it has been empty and the staff has been attentive. The food seemed fresh but sometimes the staff didn't seem to care. They were mopping and didn't wash her hands and went to take orders without gloves.The food is generously portioned and they give so much more food than Chipotle. They give a good amount of chicken. I like the Choula chicken the best and I love that they give free guac and queso.
