I had such a great experience at Qdoba Mexican Eats! The food was fresh, flavorful, and exactly what I was craving, but what really made the visit stand out was the outstanding customer service.Cassie and Ethan greeted me with big smiles and were so friendly. Ethan was so patient while I made my choices. He made sure everything was prepared just the way I wanted and went the extra mile to make me feel welcomed. Cassie was also amazing—she was quick, attentive, and clearly takes pride in making sure guests leave happy.It’s not every day you come across employees who make such a positive impression, but Cassie and Ethan definitely did. They turned a quick meal into a genuinely enjoyable experience. I’ll definitely be back, not just for the food, but because of the great service too!

I was there today around 6:40pm the guy taking my order was super nice. On the other hand the women at the register likes to have an attitude and roll her eyes. Don’t work customer service jobs when you’re lacking the customer service skills. Also if you guys aren’t accepting cash you should let people know before ordering.
