For the amount of food it’s quite pricey but I don’t mind paying if it’s great quality. Now that in mind this was a disappointment. I placed an order for pick up and it was relatively quick, while it was rather empty and it wasn’t busy. You would think that the quality would be top notch. But alas, the overpriced breakfast burrito had a piece of hair in it. I didn’t even find it until two bites in and pulled out the hair with my teeth after biting my burrito. That’s really disgusting. Also ordered the omelette with sausage, peppers and onions. The omelette was a mess just tossed into a to go container. Also the omelette was dry and the peppers were still raw. The only positive note would be the OJ. Besides that this was a disappointment for a first time order.

All i have to say that had a not so great experience here, although the food here is good, the service ruined everything for me and my friend. The person at the cashier was rushing us to order, gave us attitude and just gave us a look of annoyance. If you are really wanting to try the food here, just be prepared for bad service is all I’m saying.

For the past few years, this place has been great. But having just bought this breakfast burrito, I am appalled by how expensive it was. I understand that the economy has gotten very expensive but this is far above what this burrito is worth. Eggs, bacon, and cheddar cheese and barely 6 inches (as shown in my photo). Spent a total of $15 after tax and tip.$15 for something that just slightly grazes six inches.Do better.EDIT: I admit your bagels are great but that doesn’t make you a fine-dining establishment. I stated exactly what I bought and what I paid — that’s not “measuring happiness,” that’s being an informed customer.Imagine responding to low reviews with the following:"We’ll keep making food we’re proud of, and let others keep shopping with their tape measures"This one in particular is a response to a guest complaining about a hair in their overpriced burrito:"We’ll continue focusing on the guests who enjoy what we do, and let others take their appetites — and attitudes — elsewhere."You're not clever and saying your restaurant uses premium ingredients isn't an excuse to undermine people's very legitimate complaints.

$21 for a whole wheat multigrain tuna bagel with lettuce, tomato, Swiss cheese, and a medium orange juice is outrageous. Nothing special about the taste, portion was small, and absolutely not worth the money. Feels like they’re charging premium prices for basic food. Save your money and go somewhere else. Follow-up after owner’s reply:Fresh ingredients don’t magically make a $21 tuna bagel and juice a good deal. Plenty of places use fresh produce, real cheese, and quality bread — and still charge half the price. If “current ingredient costs” are this high for you, maybe rethink your pricing or portions, because right now it feels like I paid a luxury price for an ordinary lunch.

Rego Bagels is hands down one of the best bagel spots around. The bagels are always fresh, perfectly chewy on the inside with that crisp outside, and they’ve got a wide variety of spreads and toppings that never disappoint. The sandwiches are stacked and full of flavor—you can taste the quality in every bite. The staff is friendly, quick, and they really make you feel welcome. Whether it’s a quick breakfast run or a lunch pick-me-up, Rego Bagels always hits the spot. Definitely my go-to!
