★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I ordered for pick up today, among others, pasta a la vodka with veal cutlets(was told $15 extra for veal)Opening the pickup package at home, we were shocked: veal cutlets were cut-up in small dried-up strips, cold & old., packed in a brown box for trickery… They tasted like the soles of old flip-flaps. We threw them in the garbage.So disappointing, as usually the veal cutlets ordered previously were whole, hot & fresh, placed on top of the pasta dish.(Hope the “chef “reads this)..,,Advice: if you can’t cook fresh veal on order, just say so, the honest way.. don’t try to replace fresh with old, cold pieces of meat.Be truthful, be honest.Food business requires honesty.I’m a good cook, I know fresh from old.And this veal was OLD.The “chef”should’ve known better, we have a fine palate.I ask the manager to have an honest conversation with this “chef” that dared to think it’s a good idea to feed customers old , disgusting food.After speaking w. manager, she promised a refund.Not enough though for a sour taste in our mouth, we deserved a fresh dish at the end of a long, hard working week …Too bad & too sad,My last order was done today,Bye Rosie’s! Good luck with this type of “new” service you provide.
September 19 · Liv B. C.It was a cold day outside and we walked to this place for a mother/daughter lunch. Their warm freshly baked bread 🍞. Oh, so soft and their very al-dente, creamy pasta dishes. Not to mention, their crispy calamari. Their desserts were so good, especially the Belgian chocolate lava cake with their homemade vanilla Gelato. Great food and friendly staff, 10/10 recommend

This Italian restaurant was amazing from the awesome to the food and ambience as you felt like it was a family friendly restaurant. Definitely recommend as I have this place 5 stars and only the second place ever to give this score too, our waiter was a nice guy named Jorge was an amazing waiter and even came out with a cake for our anniversary. Definitely recommend and worth it and the food amazing.
December 10 · Thomas AGRosie’s is a top notch restaurant! Best Italian In Bronxville area. Food is delicious but i need to mention other incredible things about this place. I’ve done dining in a couple of times but I do pick up more often. And let me tell you, they put much love and care on how they pack our food so it doesn’t leak and also stays warm longer. The quantity of food (at least the pastas I’ve ordered) is also something to mention. It’s enough to be shared with someone else or having leftovers the next day. You pay around same price you would pay in other Italian restaurants but for the best quality and great amount! Love Rosie’s !

The three-course lunch for $29.95 featured a delicious selection of dishes that made it hard to choose just one!My daughter and I both chose the same dishes for our 1st and 2nd courses. So flavorful and the portions were just right!Appetizer: Butternut Squash Ravioli- with a butter sage reduction, garnished with toasted pecans. Perfect pasta texture and velvety sauce.Entree: Chicken “Fina” - chicken Milanese style cutlet layered with fresh sliced tomato and melted mozzarella in a lemon pinot grigio sauce, with sauteed string beans. The cutlets were fried perfectly. The sauce was tasty, and the green beans were cooked perfectly.Dessert: Torta di Formaggio- New York style cheesecake with dark chocolate drizzle and Amarena cherries 🍒Torta di Cioccolata- warm homemade chocolate 🍫 espresso cake with mascarpone royale cream and Tahitian vanilla gelato.We were too full for dessert, so they graciously packed it up for us to take home. Along with the scoop of ice cream in a separate container. They were both scrumptious.
