★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Perk Review: I love this place. The food is fire and I actually really appreciate that you order from the kiosk. It’s quick and eat!We got the spicy tan tan and red sauce ramen and the chashu bowl.
March 28 · Emi KoRandomly visited this restaurant after work with a co-worker. Despite the mediocre reviews we decided to give this place a try. Needless to say, those reviews are warranted. At no point was there more than 1 additional person dinning, waited 40 minutes to be told that they completely forgot about our order at the kiosk. The happy hr was non existent but the prices aren’t bad. The spicy mango wings had not the least amount of spice, the sauce tasted very premade. We also ordered the karrage (Japanese fried chicken) was okay. The presentation was nice and for 9 dollars each plate, the portion size is nice. The inside decor is nice, the bathroom was clean. We also ordered wine and a beer- the draft beer was very nice but the wine wasn’t the best. My friend asked for them to comp us an extra glass of wine due to the wait and they agreed, which was nice. Overall, not bad but very mediocre.
February 02 · Hak BénI had this place on my "Ramen Escapade" list for quite some time, so yesterday afternoon I finally decided to go since I was in the area. I was very surprised by the emptiness as soon as I walked in; there was only one person eating when I arrived. I could hear voices in the back so I figured the staff were back there. The space itself is quant and clean; I saw the self ordering kiosks and was flabbergasted. It was certainly different. Despite this, I likey the function that allowed me to add or remove items in my order. I sat myself down at the bar. A waitress did approach me to let me know they were out of sparkling water, so I substituted for a ginger ale. That's really the only time someone came out to speak to me aside from when the food arrived. It took all but 5 minutes for both my karaage and my ramen to arrive. I thought taste-wise that the chicken was good, especially with the sauce and lemon. The tori-san ramen was okay; the broth flavor was like your average pork broth, noodles were wavy and chewy and the chashu pork was tender, but okay. If I was to visit again, I would have to adjust to the norm of self service and only seeing a waiter if necessary. Overall, the experience was different and it was okay at best. Nothing outstanding but nothing horrible either. Just average, nothing wrong with that.
March 02 · Quinaya SmithSo while in the city found this place to eat near the hotel I was booked into.. let's start with coming in.. there is a picture on the wall... Oh nope that's your greeter!!! I actually found it kinda cool.. but remember I wear hearing aids and couldn't barely hear the person speaking...But moving past that was a clean authentic looking restaurant.. we sat at the table and you scan a QR code .. everyone on the table does and it adds to the order digitally...you pay before your food comes which is a bit different.. also careful while your scrolling you may add things accordingly... Yes I did and was told it's yours you already paid for it...... Now the food... Taste was fantastic no complaints...
September 23 · Dean OFood is okay. The egg is not marinated; it's simply a soft-boiled egg. However, service is super slow, even when they don't have too many customers. Spacious restaurant.______Updated: I came back and this time the service has definitely improved! The shrimp tempura was not too crispy and the shrimp doesn't feel fresh, but the veggies one is pretty good. The curry rice is quite heavy.
