Update: The restaurant has reduced its menu down to 4 dishes- seasonal. The owner stated that she will consider bringing boiled pork belly back. This is hands down the BEST 수육 (Boiled pork belly) restaurant in the area. I wish more people knew about this place! I always return for #8 on the menu- the meat goes great with garlic sauce. It's so tender as well. Say goodbye to all the chewy 수육s from nearby eateries. The owner prepares different meat portions (just the right quantities) the night before. The food tastes fresh and well-seasoned. Every entrée comes with 빈대떡, which translates to mung bean pancake. Other places will charge you $10+ as an appetizer. Here, it's complimentary. They started to sell limited selections of bread and Korean traditional rice cakes by the entrance. Do stop by if you are around!+ I ordered takeout today. Boiled pork belly w/garlic sauce still tasted good even after some time has passed. - Julie Kim
