They literally always get my order wrong.Today I ordered a White Hot Chocolate (ordered 3x from here and not once was anyone able to get it), but today I straight up got a regular latte. I know how busy it may get since I used to work for Starbucks, but pleaseeee just read the label. There is straight up espresso that I did not ask for in here.

A great Starbucks- gets it right every time. Baristas are friendly and quick at making drinks. Would recommend placing an order online so it’s ready to pick up, whether you’re coming into or out of Penn Station. However, if you can’t, it luckily doesn’t build up too much of a line either.

TWO STARS REVIEWS, is all you need to know. Worst customer service starting with some kids thinking they are always right, and having a negative attitude. Service is bad & slow, never seen so many incompetent staff working at one location. Often missed my train due to their extremely slow & poor customer service. Baristas need extensive training. Overall CORPORATE should revised this location.

She needs to go! Story time I entered the location and ordered my drink. She never takes my name. The two people before me names was token went on the list. Everybody after me name when on the list. Six people received their order befor me and four ordered after me. I asked the other employee how long for me drink, she ask my name, I explained She never took my name. What am to think when she over heard me asking for my drink to then get an attitude? I was the only person that didn’t look like everybody named that was took 💁🏾‍♂️
