The quality is consistently great and the café is clean, but it’s severely understaffed. Expect to wait 30+ minutes for a simple order, even during off-peak hours. Unless you have time to spare, consider using the drive-thru on foot—it might actually be faster.

To Whom It May Concern,I’m writing to express my deep frustration with the service at Starbucks Store #14090, located at 3442 Nostrand Ave, Brooklyn, NY. This isn’t my first negative experience at this location one of the reasons I had stopped going altogether. But today, I decided to give it another try.Honestly, the only reason I stopped in was because the store was empty. I figured with no crowd, service would be smooth. So how did I end up not being served at all?I placed a simple order and waited, only to watch customers who came in after me receive their orders first. No one offered an explanation. What was most disappointing is that not a single person neither the barista nor the manager, Meli or Melissa even bothered to apologize.Instead, I was met with attitude and disrespect. The manager’s behavior in particular was unprofessional and dismissive. After waiting far too long, I had to request a refund which made me late for work.As someone who regularly spends money at Starbucks, I find this level of service unacceptable. I shouldn’t have to chase down an order or basic courtesy, especially in an empty store. I hope this complaint is taken seriously and addressed accordingly.

The employees at this store have the worst attitude. They dont follow the rules or serials of the order. You can go to the store and wait for an hour for just one drink. They will yell at you for asking for the drinks update, the drink that you paid for, not free. I dont understand how can they act or behave like that to their customers. I work near to a bank from this Starbucks. I would not recommend any of my clients to go to this store. The rude barista’s name was Theresa. She just throw the drinks to me. It wasn’t made well either, its full of ice. No milk or mocha powder

When I saw the Starbucks, I got excited because I had been wanting her to try the pumpkin cream chai.When we walked in, there were only two people ahead of me in line, but no one acknowledged us. We stood there waiting for about five minutes before anyone came to take our orders. I understand they also had drive-thru orders, but there were at least two people working that and one barista behind the counter.Eventually, another barista came over to take orders. She seemed frustrated and had an attitude, but I tried not to take it personally, figuring she was just overwhelmed. When it was my turn, I asked if they had any cheese danishes. She bent down to check, so I paused to make sure she heard me. When she came back up, she waved her hand at me and said in a very rude tone, “you can keep going,” as if to rush me. I felt that was uncalled for because I was only making sure she could hear my order without raising my voice.I then asked for two pumpkin cream lattes, thinking that was the pumpkin cream chai I wanted. When the drinks came out, I realized they were pumpkin spice lattes instead. I was upset for three reasons: one, it wasn’t the drink I had been talking about for weeks; two, I had really wanted my mom to try it; and three, I had already waited so long that I didn’t want to wait again.When I told them this wasn’t what I wanted, the barista who took my order walked past and told the other worker, “she said pumpkin cream latte.” I explained that I meant the pumpkin cream chai, but she snapped back that they didn’t have that drink and could only add pumpkin cream to something else. She did offer to remake it, but by then her tone and attitude made me so uncomfortable that I decided I won’t be returning to that Starbucks again. The cheese danish was cold, it was just terrible.Being a Starbucks gold member and experiencing many Starbucks across the states it’s one of my favorites to get my treats. This really was the worst experience I’ve had at any starbucks.

Love love love this location. Maybe because it's newer (opened during the pandemic?) It's not overly crowded. They play great music. The manager and person who rung me up was SUPER friendly. Greeted me and we're happy and easy-going throughout. This location also has a drive-thru. And even the baristas with headsets were smiling.Definitely a neighborhood vibe.
