I ordered breakfast delivery. My mom ordered a veggie omelette with home fries. The home fries were dark and clearly old, they had a gross smell, she couldn't eat it. This is really disappointing as we order often from here with no problems. The omelette was okay but the home fries were unacceptable.

I opted for a delivery from a place I've known more than 15yrs_just got my order which was missing something not delivered. Waited after calling them for the missing item. I spent close to $40 for half of what I would usually get. I ordered the Stella omelet but they didn't send that, it was missing ingredients that made it great BEFORE! The potatoes tasted spoiled and were burned. The jelly was stale and was like a blob of hardened glue. For two orders of omelets with potatoes, they only sent 2 packets of ketchup. I couldn't even enjoy my breakfast that I was looking forward to since I haven't been there in such a while. This was so disappointing and such a waste of money. Food was HORRIBLE and shocked me. Don't waste your money, go to IHOP or a diner.

Today I decided to order from them via Uber Eats to *see* if they has possibly improved. I was SO wrong. I ordered a pancake platter with bacon only topped with strawberries and bananas. As a side I ordered a Croissant.The pancakes had no flavor and were actually hard and dry. Like, who makes a HARD pancake? How does it happen? They were absolutely terrible. The strawberries were not edible as they were old and sour. The sliced banana was OK but you could tell they were getting super ripe and parts were brown. Even my dog, who eats ANYTHING, refused the strawberries and banana! Imagine that!Finally the croissant was as HARD as a door! Why would you even serve/deliver something so stale and be OK with that? I mean come on, if you they aren't remotely fresh, just don't provide it or substitute it.All in all, it was a waste of money and a reminder to never order from here again.Seriously, if you want to suport local business, order breakfast from Victor's Coffee Shop or Jason's Deli. They hit every time and their food is always fresh.I literally have NO idea how they are still in business. Do better and be better.

Came in today for breakfast after a morning stroll. No one acknowledged me until I spoke first. I ordered a french toast deluxe meal to stay. When they brought out my food, my french toast was burned and my scrambled eggs, the cheese was not even melted on top. I asked if they could remake the french toast, which they did. The french toast was absolutely disgusting. I ate the bacon and that's about it. What's even more concerning? Is the owner of the shop or the woman that works in the shop didn't even ask what's wrong? How can we fix this like no feedback. She walked past me and saw that the food was untouched. Never acknowledged the burnt french toast. I just paid and left the shop

Workers are super rude and talk behind your back in their native language. The employees have no respect or kindness for their customers. I usually sit for a coffee and a snack. But apparently I needed to buy a more expensive meal to qualify sitting in this ‘fine establishment’. If you are looking for coffee, there is a Dunkin about two blocks away. Their coffee is very bland and plain, (simple Nestle coffee with hot water). I do not recommend this place for coffee, meals, and especially not the staff (disrespectful and rude).
