I'm disappointed by tonight's order. They barely put anything on it. It use to be so much better. Someone please explain to me what I'm eating. I never gave a bad review but this was just.. it needed to be done.

This subway associate "Lisa" (pretty sure she lied about her name when I asked) could not assist me with ANYTHING rather than making the sandwich . . Had bar code to scan fromMy mobile app for Points AND pay with a gift card and she COULD or WOULD not assist me with either transaction after stating that the "scanners did not work to scan the gift card bar code.. once saying it didn't work she left me in the front and walked to the back then proceeded to come back 4 minutes later stating "are u going to pay or cancel? I figured to just do the mobile order and the take the already made sandwich .. will NEVER return here. Incompetent , RUDE - nasty attitude , NON hospitable , lazy workers. While all of this was going on 1 worker just sat directly in front of me on their phone. Will never be back

Not only did they barely put anything in my cheese dipper but didn’t send any sauce to dip it in. Basically ordered bread…NEVER ORDER FROM HERE

This place needs to be checked by the better business bureau because they are overcharging for sandwiches. When you get a regular turkey foot long, the price is under 10 dollars. I know this because I’ve paid that amount at this location for years now. However when they charge you, they charge you for a titan turkey (double everything) and charge you 15 dollars for a regular footlong. They are even inconsistent with that because sometimes I’ll come in and it’s 9 dollars and other times it is 15 dollars. I’ve brought this up with them and let them know the price discrepancies but usually the workers are quiet and don’t say much (probably because they’ve realized they’ve been caught). Anyways, the reviews for this place have been horrible recently, the place has gone downhill and I will be reporting this location to the better business bureau.

They need to pay attention when packing orders. I order with Uber and they put my name on the wrong bag and tried to blame the delivery guy saying he picked up the wrong order. The order on the receipt and what’s in the bag was not the same thing which means the mistake was on their end. Yes I got my money refunded by Uber but I wasted my time waiting on sandwiches I’ll be throwing in the trash because it’s not anything I want. Waste of time. I feel bad for whoever ordered these 2 sandwich plus chips and a juice and received my order instead
