Terrible customer service especially by the ladies and they just stare at you like you bothered them just for walking into the place. I ordered 4 subs and they just gave it to me without a bag and when I asked for one they got angry. I guess they allow this because their manager is the same way.

Absolutely terrible experience at this Subway location. One of the staff members insulted customers in another language right in front of them, assuming they wouldn’t understand which isan appalling display of bigotry. To make things worse, the manager was no better. Instead of addressing the issue, he made the situation more uncomfortable by praising Trump inappropriately during the conversation. It was unprofessional, offensive, and made the environment extremely hostile. I will not be returning, and I strongly urge corporate to look into the behavior at this location.

This Subway is by far the worst one I have been to. The second I walk in, the employees are staring us down. When I went to tell them my order, the first employee kept on repeating it like I said something wrong. I confirmed my order and made me pay first. I don't know if this is the right way but I've never done this before. I get society is having problem right now but what do you think a Hispanic looking male is going to do?! Take my food and run away? While I'm standing there trying to pay, the 2 employees are saying something in their language, looking at me, and laughing. I dont get whats funny. Next thing, are they receiving no funds? Like no money for the ingredients? I asked for 2 things on my sandwich and they didn't have it. The first employee tried hiding it and tried shutting the other employee down by because he told me there wasn't the kind of meat I wanted. And so she told the guy to put the other meat without asking me first. Last problem, they put my food in a plain white bag they got from under the counter. I mean thank you...? At the end of the day, the food was bad, the service is wack, the manager did horrible job picking their employees. Of course, some can say that "they're nice." Well OF COURSE. I've seen them before but only to "their kind". No discrimination meant. Racist place, and absolutely don't recommend it.

The two ladies just makes things more complicated and charges you for things that are free in other locations for no reason. Also, they speak ill of you in their native language (i know what they are saying), they are definitely miserable with their jobs and life but come on don’t ruin the service for the customer and create an unsettling environment.
