Supreme Bowl | Gates C70-99 Introduce
For the busy New Jersey traveler or the frequent flyer passing through Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR), finding a reliable spot for a fresh, quick meal is essential. **Supreme Bowl**, located within the airport's bustling Terminal C, specifically near Gates C70-99, is a dedicated **breakfast restaurant** and lunchtime option that caters directly to the needs of the time-constrained passenger. In an environment where every minute counts, this establishment prioritizes **fast service** to get you fed and on your way to your gate without unnecessary delay.
Supreme Bowl distinguishes itself by focusing on customizable meal bowls—often featuring options like yogurt, granola, and seasonal fresh fruit for breakfast—which provides a slightly different offering than typical airport grab-and-go fare. This focus on bowls, which can often be a healthier or more substantial alternative to simple pastries or sandwiches, is particularly appealing to modern travelers seeking sustenance. While it serves a transient population, this location plays a crucial role in providing essential dining services within the Newark airport complex.
The overall atmosphere at Supreme Bowl is explicitly **casual**. It's designed for efficiency, catering to the airport crowd, which is largely comprised of **tourists** and individuals making connections. The menu is structured for those needing a **quick bite** but also offers full breakfast and lunch options, ensuring that whether you have five minutes or twenty, you can find something to suit your schedule. It also offers alcoholic beverages like **Beer** and **Wine**, alongside **Coffee**, allowing for a moment of relaxation before a flight.
Supreme Bowl's location is highly specific to the traveling experience through New Jersey's primary international airport. It is situated deep within the secured area of Terminal C at Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR). This means it is only accessible to ticketed passengers flying out of or connecting through this terminal.
The official address for the facility is:
Newark International Airport St, Newark, NJ 07114 (near Gates C70-99)
Positioned near the C70-99 gate area, it is conveniently located for those with connecting flights or departures from this specific section of the terminal. The restaurant is easily identifiable among the cluster of dining options provided in the post-security area of Terminal C.
In terms of physical accessibility, the restaurant adheres to the standards required of modern airport facilities. Supreme Bowl features a **Wheelchair accessible entrance**, ensuring that all travelers, regardless of mobility requirements, can access the dining area and services without difficulty. This commitment to accessibility is vital in a high-traffic environment like EWR, serving the diverse needs of passengers passing through New Jersey.
Given its location, the services at Supreme Bowl are tailored for speed and convenience, recognizing the limited time many airport patrons have. They offer essential dining options that align with the high-paced nature of airport operations:
- **Takeout:** The primary and most popular service, allowing travelers to quickly grab their bowl, coffee, or quick bite and head directly to their departure gate.
- **Dine-in:** Available for those who have more time and prefer to sit down in the **casual** atmosphere to enjoy their breakfast or lunch before boarding.
The entire operation is focused on **fast service**, which is a crucial highlight for an airport eatery. This efficiency allows them to cater effectively to the high volume of traffic flowing through EWR Terminal C throughout the day.
Supreme Bowl is structured to meet the immediate needs of airport customers by blending speed with a menu that provides both quick-grab items and more substantial, customizable meals. The following features are what make this location noteworthy for travelers:
- **Specialized Meal Bowls:** Their core offering revolves around various meal bowls, which, for breakfast, often include items like yogurt, granola, and fruit, offering a relatively wholesome option amid typical airport food choices.
- **Dining Times:** The establishment serves essential meal periods, offering distinct options for both **Breakfast** and **Lunch** dining options.
- **Beverage Selection:** The offerings go beyond simple coffee, including a selection of alcoholic beverages such as **Alcohol**, **Beer**, and **Wine**, catering to travelers looking to unwind before a flight, alongside fresh **Coffee**.
- **Solo Dining Focus:** The environment is well-suited for **Solo dining**, which is common in an airport setting, allowing individual travelers to eat comfortably without needing a full-service experience.
- **Family Accommodations:** Supreme Bowl is categorized as **Good for kids** and features a designated **Kids' menu**, making it a helpful choice for families traveling through EWR.
- **Convenient Payment:** They accept standard methods of payment including **Credit cards** and **Debit cards**, facilitating quick and easy transactions.
These highlights confirm that Supreme Bowl is more than a simple coffee stand; it's a strategically positioned, specialized eatery designed to address the needs of the modern, international traveler.

For New Jersey passengers and those connecting through EWR, Supreme Bowl's main value lies in its **convenience and specialization** during the most time-sensitive parts of a trip. It is definitively the spot to choose when **fast service** is your highest priority. The quick turnaround time is critical in an airport, and this establishment's design reflects that priority.
The specialized focus on customizable bowls, particularly for **Breakfast**, offers a refreshing change from the usual pre-packaged airport sandwiches, suggesting a potentially fresher, more substantive option for a morning meal. The inclusion of a **Kids' menu** also makes it a valuable, stress-reducing choice for families traveling with children, while the availability of **Alcohol, Beer, and Wine** provides an avenue for adult passengers to relax momentarily before their journey.
However, an honest, factual assessment must incorporate the feedback from previous customers. The provided reviews strongly indicate significant issues that potential diners should consider. Several customers reported that the food, such as the quinoa bowl, was **carelessly prepared, cold, tasteless**, and **absolutely not worth the price** (specifically noted at $17). Furthermore, there are multiple, serious complaints regarding the **unprofessional, disrespectful, and condescending behavior** of all the employees, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere that led one customer to leave their food uneaten. These service and quality issues are crucial factual data points.
Therefore, a traveler should choose Supreme Bowl only if they are in the **C70-99 gate area, have a very limited amount of time**, and are prioritizing the concept of a quick, customizable bowl over a flawless dining experience. Due to the high-volume environment and documented service issues, patrons should manage their expectations regarding both the food quality and the level of customer courtesy. It is a necessary convenience in a critical airport location, best utilized for a **quick bite** or a convenient cup of **Coffee** when time is of the essence, and less so if a relaxed, high-quality, or polite dining experience is desired.

September 16 · Kora Lichthoping for an enjoyable dining experience. Unfortunately, my visit was marred by the unprofessional and disrespectful behavior of all the employees. From the moment I placed my order, it felt as though they were doing me a favor rather than providing customer service. I left my food with them couldn’t even eat it . They need really work on their manners. The employee was dismissive, made no effort to be courteous, and responded to simple questions with condescension. Their attitude created an uncomfortable atmosphere, making it difficult to enjoy the meal. As a customer, I expect basic respect and politeness, which were clearly lacking during this visit.I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the staff's behavior. Good customer service is crucial to any dining experience, and it was unfortunately absent in this case.
August 12 · Michelle DominguezWaited 40 min for 2 breakfast burgers. I don’t understand how the older lady with curly hair and glasses even has a job there. She’s abrasive, slow working, and gets the orders wrong from my observation. The only nice person was the gentleman cooking our burgers. Thank you. If you’re in a rush, as most people are in the airport, avoid this place at all costs. Came here around 0630 am
April 10 · SVThis place is disgusting and pure disorganization, bring your own food to the airport. Waited 25 minutes for a $20 breakfast sandwich that was meh at best. One of the cooks had her phone on the cutting board, cutting food right next to her gross face makeup phone. I’m sure this is a health code violation. Food wasn’t that good. Phone checkout only and the old people couldn’t figure it out so I had to do it for them on their phone. Other people had to board flights and didn’t get their food. Just a complete and total disaster, a zero zero zero situation. Whoever is running this place should be fired and barred from ever working in another food service position for life.
December 23 · Jake JamesI ordered 2 grain bowls and a fruit bowl.We waited in line for our food for 15 minutes and then had to talk to the cook before she finally make our food.Once it was made, the grain bowls were cold and had spinach instead of kale, way too much yogurt, no avocado which was supposed to come with it, and it did not taste good. They also used the same utensils to make the vegetarian food as what they used to cook the meat. The fruit bowl was ok, but the fruit tasted old and there were some moldy blueberries in it.The prices were also way too high especially for the quality. $15 for each grainbowl, and $12 for the fruit bowl. Neither was worth the price
January 08 · NateWhere do I even start....There were several orders placed, ahead od and after mine, and the workers just stood there talking and on their phones. When they finally decided to start cooking did so WITHOUT gloves. Went from touching his phone, to raw meat, and then immediately picked up the buns and started cutting them...I honestly just wanted to ask for a refund.
