★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Solid place, the owner Chin himself served me and the food was really good. It’s a small business restaurant, he’s really cool and cooks his own food…. calm cool chill place.
December 28 · Luis PegueroI went in on a weekday with my coworker for lunch. There were no customers and the fact that it was lunch time and nobody else was in there instantly made us question if the food would be any good. We wanted some oxtails. The worker ( possibly owner) was nice enough to let us sample the oxtails. It had a nice flavor so we placed 2 orders. From that moment on, we instantly regretted our decision. When it was time to pay he only wanted us to pay cash, although they accepted credit card payments. He begged for us to pay cash, but when we tried to pay he didn't have any change. I was forced to order drinks since there was no change and my coworker was forced to take money out of atm because he begged for cash payment. Maybe the business is in need of help, but we definitely felt forced and annoyed to be the ones to take on this task. After having our lunch, (oxtails rice and peas and cabbage) we realized the quality of food wasn’t worth the hassle.
August 20 · Glo DFound a hair in my food and since I have sensitive stomach I vomit and threw food out. Too me that's the most disgusting thing ever. Rice has no flavor either.
October 25 · Kimberly AlmodovarIf your looking for real jamaican flavor, I'm sorry to say, this isn't it. The rice had no taste to it. The collard greens had no taste to it and the curry chicken was lacking.
September 26 · Billie RobustelliI have always strayed away from eating at this place and I think I know why. I decided to give this place a try because I was craving some beef patties. I decided not to get them because they look unappealing to eat. Just dried up as if they were sitting there since yesterday. I tried the red peas soup and the rice and peas with brown stew chicken. THE RED PEAS SOUP does not taste like red peas soup. It tasted sour and almost over salted to the point I wanted to puke. This is not how Jamaican food taste and it’s misleading foreign minds as they think that’s how it’s supposed to taste.
