★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Loved this place!! We tried several cocktails and “mosaic” - basically a whiskey sour without egg white - was the best!Small place with less than 10 bar seats + 4 tables with mini couches, but we didn’t have trouble getting a table for 4 when we were there at 9pm on Thursday. The best part is they have Thursday jazz nights and played amazing jazz standard.
March 06 · AsukaBravo!A quaint, easy-going Japanese bar with great drinks (they’re pricey though!) good music and an easy-to-navigate space.I really love softer vibes that aren’t too crowded so this was the place for me.Easy to have a conversation.Chic decor.
January 22 · Jakob W. PlummerIt’s a Japanese style bar that I’ve been looking forward to for a while. And it’s great to have a bright, neat, beautiful place to drink sake in this neighborhood, cocktails is special too. I ordered a Negroni with a seaweed nori in it, you could smell it when you drank(cuz your nose got close to it).The service is good too, friendly greeting, nice conversation. They said the sake list will keep adding more, so far only 2.However the interior seems not 100% ready, and weird at some places, like uncomfortable sofa, seat height is too high, some space between the wall and the back of sofa, not enough cushion for every seat, incorrect installed lock for restroom, uneven stool legs.I personally believe that they have a unqualified contractor for their interior, which I care a lot for a Japanese style design. But as a guy who desperately wants to see more bars open in this neighborhood, still give a 4 stars rating!
May 18 · JZ WongBeware of the fact that this place adds a tip on your signed receipt. I’d come there for the evening and had four trips. For two of them, I tipped with cash, and guess what they did - they also added an additional 20 percent on the receipt that I specifically signed with 0 tip.Never going back. Don’t trust an establishment this shady.
June 28 · Georgiy YudintsevGood neighborhood spot! The exterior of the bar could look a bit more welcoming/appealing, but the ambiance inside and drinks are solid!
