★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1The waiter was really nice and friendly. Definitely made me feel welcomed. I got the spicy katsu, tettbokki, and steamed eggs. The spicy katsu and the steamed eggs were really good but the tettbokki tasted very watery with no flavour, which was disappointing. Overall everything else was good besides the tettbokki.
May 20 · RachelThis place is my favorite go to. You cannot find this type of donkatsu any where else! Even better than places compared to in Korea. Always the quality of food is consistent and so good. Watering my mouth just thinking about it. Always a bit cold in there, but food and service is top notch. One of the best spots in my opinion in Flushing!
September 19 · Wonvelin ParkI recently dined at this charming Korean spot and had a wonderful experience. The street food offerings were delicious, bringing authentic flavors that truly impressed. Their comfort foods were equally satisfying, perfect for a cozy meal. What makes this place stand out is its unique wall concept – you can use a Sharpie to write your name, adding a personal touch to the vibrant decor. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the staff were friendly and attentive. It's a delightful place to enjoy tasty Korean cuisine with a fun, interactive twist. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a memorable dining experience!
June 22 · Moon ManI had a lunch with friend and came back twice after that.“Basak” in Korean means crispy and this restaurant knows how to make katsu and tempura crispy!Perfectly cooked Don katzu every time and udon, spicy ttepoki (rice cake), soba were on point!Place is clean, young vibe and service is efficient!Parking is on the street with meter parking but it’s worth it!
October 20 · Amy KangSoo delicious! We went their for a birthday and one of our party members was VERY picky with what they wanted to eat. The server handled the situation so nicely and calmy dispite the problems we were facing. This was my first time having soba, so I can't really compare it with anything but it was absolutely delicious! Me and my table were absolutely in love with the tteok-bokki on the skewers, I wasn't even able to get a full photo before they were eaten! The katsu is so nice and crispy and honestly just great all around. The omelette was prepared perfectly and the presentation of all the food is so neeat and wonderful. I adored the fact that you could write on the walls, and I would definitely want to come back again!
