★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1This was my first time dining at Chef’s Table, back in 2019, and the experience was truly unforgettable. From the very first bite of tuna tartare, the flavors absolutely exploded in my mouth, setting the tone for the entire evening. Each course offered a bold and surprising combination of flavors that kept us excited for what was coming next. The highlight of the night was undoubtedly Chef Ramirez’s signature uni toast—an absolute showstopper. The meal concluded with a delicate, fluffy shaved ice that perfectly balanced sweetness with a cloud-like texture. It felt like a blend of flavor and magic.Even to this day, Chef’s Table remains one of the best Michelin-starred restaurants we’ve ever visited.
June 20 · DaxinI came to New York to try the food and was SO impressed by the whole experience! I went a while back with the old chef and it was nice but this time it was so much better! The dishes, the people and the overall experience was so magical that it’s hard to put in words. They were super friendly, the dishes were super special and the story behind each dish made everything taste incredible!
September 13 · Frine OudemanIt was my first time in NYC and I wanted to treat myself with an exceptionally experience. After some research I decided to pick this restaurant in order to experience a true „Chefs table“ experience.I was not disappointed: Chef Max and Chef Marco came up with a brilliant menu throughout the night which was combined with an outstanding wine pairing.Overall, I can highly recommend it and will come back!
September 16 · Konsi LeeWow, what an unforgettable culinary journey! The 14-course pairing menu was a masterclass in creativity, technique, and flavor. Each dish was expertly paired with extraordinary wine and non-alcoholic beverages, elevating the experience to new heights. The service was impeccable, with knowledgeable staff who seamlessly guided us through each course with elegance and insight. Our favorites were the Hokkaido Uni, which was a revelation, and the Scallop with caviar which was simply sublime. We’re still dreaming about the Fujisan bread and coconut gelato. The attention to detail and passion for the craft were evident in every bite. Thank you for a truly unforgettable experience that left us in awe
July 09 · Heather CutlipWhat a fabulous night of 14 courses and 7 wines in 2.5 hours, tucked speakeasy-style in the back of a market. The seafood focused menu is created by Chef Max Natmessnig & Chef Marco Prins, who have a long history of cooking together. From small bites to mains and desserts, they’ve orchestrated a menu that works well from start to finish and features sauces and garnishes that add pops of delightful flavor!Cannot recommend this dinner enough! Even without a “bread course” because the Fujisan Bread dessert makes up for it tenfold. I’ll gladly carb load for dessert any day 😋
