Employee who took my order scanned her own code for the points off of MY money. I didn’t even have a chance to scan my own code. She had it ready on her phone and was texting someone. When I came to order, she swiped to the dunkin app and scanned her own code and then asked for payment. That’s just plain rude and she’s profiting off of MY payment.if you’re going to scan a code make sure you scan your customers code, and not your own. I find this as highly unethical and hope that no one else is doing this at this location or any other locations for the matter.

I went in for bagel and a drink coolatta, the wait wasn’t long. I was in and out under 10 minutes. There was about 5 people before me. The inside is a little small, but it’s easy to move around , to make and order and get your order.The customer service here is very great !

Very great service from Austin and Rahaam. I am a daily iced coffee drinker and any time I see Austin in I’m so happy after mobile ordering cause he always makes them so good! Any other Dunkin I go to usually can be inconsistent. Both were very nice and polite!

This is a small but good Dunkin donuts no matter if you're getting a hot breakfast sandwich, coffee or a doughnut. They have mobile ordering and there usually isn't a long wait. The staff are courteous.

I wouldn't waste my time, even to give them a star. The cashier Ahmed, completely messed up my order. I had to say twice what I wanted. But, he was nice to someone else. Completely disrespectful to me. I think all these people who gave them 5 stars, are friends or family members of them.
