This is a GREAT sandwich shop and one of my favorite spots in the area to grab lunch. The food is always fresh and, if you get there during peak hours and there's a line, the service is always fast.Don't hesitate to give them a shot. The sandwiches here are absolutely worth the trip!

I was so excited to try their food with the great reviews. Then I opened my sandwich and the bread was covered in literal MOLDMy response to owner: clearly you’re not reading your reviews which saddens me. Many of the negative reviews are about the bread. I encourage you to treat your customers better, and take pride in what you give out. No thanks

I’ve been coming to The Great Wazu since I was a kid, and it’s still the benchmark for what a real sandwich shop should be. Every time I’m in the area, I make it a point to stop in — the bread’s always fresh, the meat’s stacked high, and the flavor is perfect every time. The place hasn’t lost its touch in decades. Five stars across the board, no hesitation.
